Delicious and creamy gelato. I got the dark chocolate and pistachio scoops on a pistachio filled waffle bowl. The gelato wasn't too sweet and the staff let us try a lot of different flavors. I really liked the hazelnut flavor too. Hit the spot after a ramen dinner.

Vegas local here; the pistachio gelato here was exceptional compared to other locations! Not too sweet and generous servings. Ruby and the young man working here today were very kind. Atmosphere is clean and sanitary. I'm going to tell all of my family and friends about this location specifically. Worth the 5 hour drive from Vegas!

“Neat gelato and pretty interior”
This is a pretty Italian gelato shop in the Westfield mall in Century city. The white interior, like something you would find in an amusement park, is reminiscent of an ice cream shop in a fairy tale. The ice cream looks even more delicious when sold at a place like that.
I searched for this store and found that it started in Italy, but most of its branches are in Brazil and there seems to be only one in the United States. You can think of it as a Brazilian ice cream shop entering the United States.
Delicious ice cream and gelato are displayed in unique ways. I ordered vanilla to try the basics, and I liked the soft texture and refreshing vanilla cream flavor that wasn't too overpowering.
When I eat gelato, I hate the thick, greasy texture, but the cream here has the right stickiness and just the right amount of sweetness.
The waffle cone was very impressive.
The crispy waffle cone went well with the soft ice cream, and it was a well-baked waffle that remained crispy all the way through.
Espresso drinks are also visible on the menu.
I see a few ice cream places here in Westfield and I think Bacio here would be a good choice.

I’m very picky with gelato, having lived in Sicily, the birthplace of gelato, and I have to say, this place comes impressively close! The gelato here is absolutely delicious – almost as good as what you'd find in Sicily. I highly recommend the pistachio and hazelnut flavors, which are my go-tos and notoriously hard to find good versions of in the US. You can also have your cup or cone lined with crema di pistachio or hazelnut before they add the gelato, which gives a unique touch!
Vegetarian options: Everything vegetarian and vegan sorbet options.
Parking: It’s located in a shopping center with paid parking, but the 1st hour is free.

Joe is a SUPER STAR!!!! He knew everything about every flavor and was beyond nice and sweet to us and extremely friendly and knowledgeable!!! Honestly, if I had a company, I would want to hire him because he is just so nice and he made our day!!!

Way too expensive!! The quality is terrible!! To add cream you have to pay extra! The waffle cone was stailed, soft, not cruncy as it is supposed to be. A very bad experience for a wannabe Italian ice cream. I have to say that I am italian just arrived in LA, with a long axperience in the field. That product is not even close to an ice cream I had two days ago in Rome a La Romana for just 3€ and cream included.
I hope this feedback can be of sone help to get always better.
