Wonderful pistachio and buttercream and pretzel!
The gelato was amazing (specifically the hazelnut creama torino) but the servers were even better! Denise, Rosa, and Mario were so kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back to the Brentwood location because of them!
We went to Bacio di Latte in Brentwood and honestly, we won’t be going anywhere else. Mario, Denise, and Rosa were absolutely amazing — so warm, welcoming, and kind. They made us feel right at home and truly turned our visit into such a special night. Their energy and hospitality stood out just as much as the gelato.
We love the hospitality at this location, the three amazing servers; Rosa, Denise, and Mario. Their generosity and charisma makes this location the best one, I swear even the ice cream tastes better!
I tried the pistachio chocolate ice cream and tiramisu at Bacio di Latte, and both were really delicious! The flavors were rich, creamy, and well-balanced, and you can definitely taste the quality of the ingredients. The ambiance is also very nice — cozy, modern, and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a sweet treat.
The only downside is that the portion sizes are smaller compared to other ice cream shops, especially considering the price. Still, the overall experience and flavor quality make it worth trying if you’re craving something indulgent.
High quality ice cream, I love how there's always a new flavor, now they have one like Dubai's chocolate. Nicely decorated, great seating areas.
My favorite gelato spot in Los Angeles. Perfect balance of price and quality and very friendly service. It makes sense for these stores to be popping up all over town.

Luckily we got here when it was empty. The staff were patient and offered us samples with a big smile. They have a enormous table inside which was perfect for our party of 6.
