It's sad that so many of the Baja Fresh restaurants are gone. But luckily, there is still this one at the Beverly Connection! I recently had delivery from them - and everything was perfect! The food was delicious, the order was packed so nicely (and labeled too), and the delivery was fast and easy. Glad to know this location is doing such a great job!

The overall experience at this particular Baja Fresh was not good. First off, the woman (Ana) at the front taking the orders was just NOT nice. Not one bit. She had a really mean look on her face the whole entire time (never cracking even a little smile) and almost looked like she was ready for a fight (for no apparent reason) no matter how friendly and polite I tried to conduct myself. Really unpleasant right from the start; so that was very disappointing and set the whole tone for the rest of my time there. Secondly, the food was OVER-PRICED for fast food. Granted it was fast food, but it was way TOO salty and also greasy. The drinks were also AWFUL. The iced tea smelled SO bad and all of their soda drinks had a strong taste of tap water attached to them. So bad. Did not enjoy that. Nothing "fresh" about this restaurant or especially their drinks. The restaurant itself was also not super clean either and had really gloomy lighting in addition to its awful customer service/interaction. Baja Fresh used to be a pretty pleasant place. I had not been there in a while and was really unhappy to find out that it had changed for the WORST and there was no management that seemed to care and let its employees know that they need to interact better with customers. I don't think I will be returning to this location any time soon or maybe ever after the off-putting recent experience. They need to fix their customer service BADLY and not make their food so SALTY and super unhealthy in order to stay competitive with other places that actually do care or at least attempt to change things for the better.

It's my favorite Mexican food chain by far. Fresh, fast, and teasty. I like the Baja Borito served with no rice. It's filled you up, yet you are not too full to continue with your day ! The salt bar is always clean and fresh.
Crew here is amazing! They were very thorough with my order modifications & were understanding about my boyfriend being in the hospital. Churro’s were awesome!!?

Honestly it was so bad. Also, it’s not cheap enough to be bad. I had a steak quesadilla and chips and queso. The quesadilla was absolutely awful. And tasted old. Everything about it. And the cheese was too bitter for the queso. Total of $30 for food that was not worth it.
