My experience at this place for the 49ers game on 9/7/25 was incredibly disappointing. Initially, things seemed promising, but as soon as the game kicked off, the staff appeared overwhelmed. Service went downhill fast. We had to trek to the bar for drinks, only to find overpriced mixed drinks served with more ice than anything else. Ordering food was a hassle too; we had to resort to online takeout since the servers barely checked in on us. When we tried to wave one down, he would often ignore us or say he’d be back, which never happened. To top it off, the AC wasn’t working properly, leaving my group sweating and fanning ourselves. Overall, a frustrating experience that I won’t be repeating.

Don’t trust this place. The service is awful, waited 15 minutes at the bar to be served when there was no line. The prices listed are a lie. No drink advertised on menu or on screen was correct. More than double the cost. Also I’m trying to think of the last time I had to pay for parking validation and that’s because I haven’t. Avoid this place

As someone visiting from out of town, I was hoping to find a local gem—and Baja Grill Cantina Lounge was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and seated right away.
Our server, Lela, was phenomenal. She was super knowledgeable about the menu and made us feel right at home. We started with the chips and salsa—Lela let us know about the spice level, which was so thoughtful—and they were delicious. The tacos were amazing, packed with bold flavor and cooked to perfection.
We also tried the prickly pear cocktail, and it was a total standout—refreshing, vibrant, and just the right amount of sweetness.
The vibe here was amazing. Even without karaoke, there was a fun, upbeat atmosphere, and you could still dance the afternoon away while enjoying another drink. It was the perfect mix of great food, great drinks, and great energy.
Lela’s superior customer service truly made the experience memorable—she made us feel so welcome. This was my first time here, but definitely not the last. If you’re in town, Baja Grill is a must—and don’t forget to ask for Lela! She’ll take care of you.

Good food and lively vibe. A Latino strong hold in the middle of Korea Town. I didn't try their all you can drink option, but $35 from 6pm to 10pm sounded like a good deal. Free validated parking in the same building, entrance on New Hampshire. A stone throw away from Wilshire / Vermont Metro stop.

Jasmine was TOP TIER service, she was accommodating, recommended the PERFECT meal and the food was incredible! She even told us how to sauce it up a little bit no joke best Mexican food in the area, get the Birria tacos and do exactly what Jasmine said to do with it! I sat at the bar was attended immediately. Chose the enchiladas wich were recommended by the bar attendee,and they were really good food was hot and drinks were cold. Great service and awesome deals to choose from. Will be coming back forsure.

Incredible tacos with fish and moderately dry beef, very fast service and delicious, in addition to pleasant service of the waitress. Although Los Angeles is a rather hospitable city, but here I was greeted with special warmth. Excellent cuisine, but there are difficulties with parking, so look for a place in advance when approaching the restaurant.
