We came across this by chance and had no idea what to expect. We were kindly invited in right away, which is why we didn't have a chance to think about it ?
But it was also a good thing.
All you can eat is the motto here.
You have a grill in the middle of the table and then choose your ingredients that you want to grill yourself.
It really tasted very good. The quality is very good and the staff gave us great advice right from the start and explained everything to us.

Bakkung has the best AYCE K-BBQ in Koreatown. Their meat is not frozen, like many other AYCE spots, and their prices are amazingly reasonable. Quality, service, and ambiance, are far better than other AYCE places like Hae Jang Chon or Brothers bbq. The service is also top-notch; if you don’t know how to k-bbq, they’ll help you cook your meat and show you the ropes. This is my new AYCE GEM. ?

My favorite KBBQ in all of LA! The quality of the meat is perfect , especially their prime cuts of beef. The service is top tier , and the atmosphere is lively and inviting. Always come here for birthdays!

1 of the best kbbq place I've been to. What I love about the place is the location. Other kbbq either have bad parking or paid parking. Here it's more open. It's worth is as the food is so good! Always a fav go to place

Unfortunately, this place was pretty underwhelming. I expected better for $50 per person. We got the premium option and all three meats were just okay. The owner kept stopping by to lower the heat even though the meat was getting steamed rather than grilled because it wasn’t hot enough. Turns out, our grill was broken and needed a new battery. Every time they lowered the heat, the grill turned off so we had to ask many times for it to be turned on again (annoying to say the least given how slow the service was). Plenty of better k-bbq options out there for the price.

Went here for all you can eat kbbq with family due to a family friend’s recommendation but was extremely disappointed. When we ordered our meats, they came out with pieces of plastic everywhere, and we didn’t realize they had plastic while cooking. Some of us accidentally ate some before we noticed. So we alerted the staff ASAP and they took it back and brought out different meats. We asked to speak with the manager to show the insane amount of plastic, but he/she never showed up. They made us pay everything full price and never once acknowledged their mistake. Will never come back here as their customer service was terrible. We paid over $500 for a huge group only to have so much plastic in our meats. Beware!!!

This place was good, the flavor of the meat is great, there are a couple of side dishes. The table has meat sauce and a spicy sauce. I wish the spicy sauce was more spicy. At the end, they give you a complementary watermelon slices. I would come back again!
