Primarily we've gone to the bar. Drinks are a bit pricy, but it's DTLA. The happy hour has good value. All that said, the drinks are excellent and well made. The service is very good.
Great cocktails, the ambience is perfect for a local spot! Want to give it more stars but several times in a row they closed the bar down early AND I was bringing guests to show it off. Stopped coming as to not risk it (which is unfortunate as a live across the street!). Pet peeve of mine when bars do this. Some of us depend on your Google times!!
I've looked into staying at this hotel in the past, but never had the chance. I attended a conference at the LA Convention center, which was within an easy 10 minute walking distance. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. I loved the restaurants and staff! The recent renovations give it that historical charm that it deserves, considering it's wonderful, rich history. The seating areas and restaurants are very comfortable and have a wonderful chill vibe....
