My friend and I had an exquisite dining experience at Bar Sawa. Each course was prepared and presented to perfection. The place was a little tricky to find; there were no signs, and it was in the basement of a very unexpected building. You can also only get down there through the middle elevator! The instructions to get to the restaurant were emailed, but I didn't get to read it in time, so it was my fault. ? We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, ambiance and the entire experience....
We have been here several times. We have taken friends and family, each time it has been impressive in the quality and service. Chef Anthony is inventive and consistently brings his best to each meal. The mood is light, fish is fresh, creative and service is fantastic.
It's best to park in this building, otherwise the air on the walking road is a bit bad. The food is delicious but not too bright. 15 dishes, $185, a lot of alcohol, a new generation of Itamae sushi bar, young chef Talented, quite approachable and humorous!
