We had a great experience and Bar Toscana last night. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing a variety of flavors that delighted my palate. The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, making it the perfect backdrop for a relaxed evening out. I also enjoyed a selection of creative cocktails that complemented the meal perfectly, each one crafted with care and attention to detail. What really stood out, though, was the service; the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Overall, it was a memorable night filled with great food, drinks, and an inviting ambiance that I can't wait to experience again.
The service and food were good (although the red wine selections were depleted on New Year's Eve).
We were asked to leave because they wanted our table. They said because we paid our bill already. Well I didn't get a chance to order dessert or coffee because the waiter brought the bill before asking if we wanted dessert or coffee. Felt pushed out. Been going to Toscana since the 90s, this was the first time eating at the Bar side, worst experience to date.
An early dinner at Bar Toscana was perfect with a Caesar Salad and Eggplant Parmigiana. The perfect amount to share
Always good.

They had some good cocktail options. I will say that some of the drinks were hit and miss.

We had a 8:30pm reservation (the restaurant is open until 10pm). 7:45pm they called to say they were closing 8:00pm as it was a slow night. They offered us to rush to get there or cancel…..
The service was brutal. The hostess was delightful, but our server just didn't care. He wasn't rude but absolutely not attentive at all. We had to wait long periods of time for everything. Definitely a disappointing experience.

Our waitperson was not good. He kept getting things wrong and then forgot about us. Hostess hurried us out because she needed the table, then yelled at waiter in front of customers. Felt sick afterwards from the food
If you want to pay for overpriced tasteless pizza, pasta and wilted salad go ahead. Quality of the food and taste was gone downhill from my last visit a 1 1/2 year ago. Do yourself a favor and avoid the this and walkover to Pizzana.
Our Brentwood favorite (over the siblings Toscana next door) for quality Italian food and crowd energy. Super friendly service. Great place to hang at the bar, watch a Dodgers game (no sound), and enjoy a quality cocktail.
The staff is great. The food is great. Miguel is great. We love going there and having dinner and a margarita!
It was a beautifully lit restaurant with a great ambiance. However, the waiter was rude and disrespectful and did not make us feel comfortable at all.
