I know this sounds crazy, but it is one of the best lunch spot at the Westfield Century City. It's not trendy or hype but everything is surprisingly delicious and the set-up is beautiful.

Love their fries with kalamata aioli!!! Never stop serving it that way. It’s the best!!
I like the natural light coming into the restaurant and their outside patio is huge. Service is sometimes a bit meh but the food never disappoints.

Bar Verde is a lovely lunch location, especially on the terrace. The food is good, eclectic fare, like French Dip, tender, yet crispy calamari, and beautifully composed salads. Service is attentive without being intrusive. This is a relaxed, comfortable vibe place for ladies who lunch and everyone else who enjoys shopping and dining.
I was a bit skeptical about a cocktail lounge instead of a Nordstrom's, but I am sure glad I gave this a try. After shopping I stopped for a cocktail during happy hour. The bartender was welcoming and friendly and seemed to know how to make a good drink. I enjoyed the first one so much I decided to have a second. While I was there several people came in to eat or drink. The food looked good enough to make me think I'll have to try it myself sometime.

Took awhile to get service. Didn't really understand it was in a Nordstrom when I made the reservation so took awhile to find the place. Eggs Benedict and wine flight were good.
Service was as good as it could have been for the rush. Flatbread was really good, as was chicken sandwich. But certain extra condiments were forgotten. Fries were awful and soda was flat. Pretty pricey even in century city for subpar food.
Basically a glorified Denny’s but the vibe is so uptight. The one in Glendale Americana is so much better
Excellent food and great customer service.

After sitting there for 20 minutes, no one came to get our food or drink order. So, we walked out. No one even apologized.

It very disappointing Bar Verde at Nordstrom doesn't validate parking and wants their guest to either go to AMC or Gelson to validate the parking. Food was okay the pasta dish I had was uncooked. The pasta was way to Al dente and hard the waiter hardly came bye to fill my friends drink. Which is odd because he didn't not have a lot of tables to provide service. I think I am just going to stick to going to locations at South Coast Plaza and Del Amo because they never skip a beat on quality and customer service.
I'm a frequent "Weekend Luncher" here, and I have to say two things about today..1. My waiter had a short-handed staff, and yet he was awesome. I saw him working the bar while simultaneously waiting tables and realized this guy was juggling a lot. All with a smile on his face and good attitude/conversation. He deserves recognition for his efforts. 2. Nice touch Bar Verde for the unexpected flowers for Mother's Day. A truly nice touch. See you again!
The food, drinks and service are consistently good here.

No straw for iced tea. No plates brought with flatbread we wanted to share. Bottled water came 3/4 of way through only after I reminded them. No fake sugar offered for tea. Like that.
Highly recommend. Little oasis away from the bustle. Perfect outside balcony with some heat lamps. The meal was delicious. We went on 12/24 and the chef came out to greet us. All hands on deck. Server Junior was great.
