Great atmosphere and great service. The starters being larger than the entree was a bit upsetting (especially for the price) but the food quality was still great!
Wonderful ambiance and decor to compliment a celebratory date meal experience. Lots of attention to detail, friendly staff, and really great architecture from the main dining hall, the bar, and especially the old bank vault features downstairs. Definitely recommend.
Ristorante Per L'Ora is easily one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt elegant but welcoming perfect lighting, beautiful space, and an energy that makes you want to stay all night. The service was flawless: attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm. Every dish was outstanding. You can taste the quality and intention behind the food ,fresh ingredients and perfect balance of flavors. The cocktails and wine selection were just as impressive and paired perfectly with the meal.
Our waitress was so inattentive (and the restaurant was not crowded) we literally had to leave our table to find her to order dinner. The ambulance was lovely and the steak, branzino were delicious but the homemade pasta was doughy and undercooked. We will not go back anytime soon.
Excellent food and lovely atmosphere. Great location. Very close to the Biltmore and Pershing Square.
Per L'Ora was a gem!!! The place is gorgeous and the food was delicious!!! My cocktail was ok. Favorites: Appetizer - Roman Artichokes soooo good Pasta- Orecchiette Birria perfectly al dente, the cotija was so creamy on top of the ragu Pumpkin Risotto my god the flavors!!! Lamb yummy with the mint pistachio topping Desert- the cannoli which was just slightly warm making the pistachios extra flavorful!! Can't wait to go back. Huge hint... if you see street parking or a cheaper lot park there. The valet for the restaurant is $33.
The DineLA menu was a good value. I would have liked olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the focaccia bread, but the artichoke was great. The short rib orecchiette was fantastic, as ware the lamb chops. The cannoli were good, and 2 was a large portion. I liked the lemon tarts, but felt they were missing something. I had noted on the reservation that we were celebrating my husband‘s birthday and also mentioned it to the server who confirmed that they could put a candle on his dessert, but she forgot to do so.
We went to Ristorante PerL'Ora with friends visiting from out of town. It was a perfect place to spend time together- the food was thoughtful and very tasty and the ambiance welcoming. After getting home from dinner, I immediately made reservations to go back!
Great ambiance, food and service! Nested in DTLA - great place for celebration or intimate date.
This is a beautiful restaurant in a historic building in downtown LA and our expectations were high. We were seated for our date night promptly by the person who ended up being our server, which was great. Our server was very friendly but looked unkept, her uniform was a mess, and button-down shirt was spotted and a mess. We ordered cocktails and took in the ambiance of the restaurant, which was very nice. After some time, we ordered our cocktails and dinner simultaneously. After a short time, drinks and food began to arrive. The Salmon crudo was good as was the pasta alla checca although both were very pricey for the serving sizes provided. Then the entrees arrived, 4 scallops slightly larger than a nickel and about 2.5 ounces of filet. While I do not mind paying a good price for a meal, I thought the $60+ for the filet was outrageous as was the $40+ for the scallops, both entrees were tasteless and a complete waste of money. We were so disappointed and still hungry after our $350+ dinner that we stopped at In-N- Out on the way for a burger. Bottom line is that unfortunately, this is definitely a future NO GO and I don't think it will be around very long with the quality of the food and what they charge for it.

Chill and intimate vibe. Great spot for a date! The service was amazing, the food was tasty, the old fashioned was fire! First time here and will def be back 🙏🏾
Great experience! Staff were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Food and wine great.
Absolutely great. We had been to the rooftop bar, Bar Clara, many times and had been wanting to try the restaurant in the lobby. It was great! Great decor, ambiance, and service, creative menu; absolutely fantastic.
Great food paired with event better service and food knowledge, made this a special evening.
The restaurant is in a beautiful historic building in DTLA. The creative interpretations of classic Italian dishes were excellent, as was the waitstaff service.
