Chicken tenders were mediocre, burger and fries were great!
This was my second visit with a group of friends for lunch. Service and staff was great and all the food was top shelf. This is my new place to meet for lunch where I know the food and service will not disappoint. Try the sweet potato fries, you will have a new favorite. parking is in the back.
The BEST burger in LA!!! Love it!!!! Get the skinny fries!!!
The hamburgers are the best
Overpriced burger place posing as contemporary fancy restaurant. Pretentious atmosphere and clientele. Did I mention overpriced? Expect to spend $20 for a mid burger. Avoid this place unless you feel entitled and don’t enjoy the company of people. At least the servers were polite.
*A Local Brentwood/West LA Must Try!!!
I recently had lunch at Barney's Gourmet Burgers in Brentwood for the first time. It's important to note that this is not to be confused with Barney's Beanery. The burger of the month was the Santa Fe, which came highly recommended by my friend. It featured caramelized onions and jalapeños, offering a slight kick, but the real highlight was the incredibly juicy patty and the generous portion of meat. I also thoroughly enjoyed the skinny fries.
Our server, Kira, was fast, efficient, and super friendly—Thank You, KIRA! (Sometimes people forget that it's more about the food but the service definitely is part of the experience.)
The restaurant has a cozy, café-like atmosphere, and the service was excellent—quick and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Wednesday price for the burger (burger of the month) was just $12, a significant reduction from the usual $18.95. While some may have complained about the regular price (online), I believe the quality and size of the burger fully justify the cost, and I would gladly pay it.
Living just a mile away, I’ll definitely be returning. Sometimes you stumble upon hidden gems in your neighborhood, and this is one of them. A special thanks to my friend, an Uber delivery driver, who introduced me to this spot. Barney’s Gourmet Burgers truly deserves its reputation, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great burger experience.

Barney’s is a restaurant on San Vincente. You have the option to eat outside so very enjoyable when the weather is nice.
It’s a burger place where you also have a large choice of salads.
I got the Santa Fe Salad that is nice. Not disappointed. (I got this one a few times).
We also got a customized Barney’s Burger and a Guacamole burger. Overall, they were both good. The meat is great. The guacamole one was original.
The fries are good - we got the curly ones and steak fries.
It’s a cool spot to stop by and enjoy nice food. I know we are in LA/Brentwood, but I feel it is a bit on the pricey side ($20 for a salad and you need to order sides separately).
Host was nice, ordered To-go. But the classic Barneys burger had less flavor than an in n out burger but costs $16 and didn’t even come with fries. I’m just surprised that two mediocre burgers a side of fried pickles and a side of curly fries was $55 without tip.

A friend of mine told me about Barney's, so I wanted to come and check it out for myself. I very much enjoyed the ambiance (I sat outside but the indoor is very nice too), and the food was very good. They also have my favourite sparkling water, which is always a plus. Noah was my server and he was very knowledgeable and welcoming. He was present without being overbearing and made my meal very enjoyable. Definitely check out Barney's if you're in the area!

We were in the area and had heard good things about Barney’s, so we stopped by to try it. It was just as excellent as described! Our table got the Greek burger, the hot dog and Mediterranean plate, and they were all very tasty. Our server, Noah, was very polite, attentive and helpful, making us feel immediately at home. He was very careful with our dietary restrictions and was able to guide us to the best options. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Definitely by far my favorite burger restaurant to go to. Hannah, our server is always friendly and provides great service. My husband and I have been dining at the restaurant located in Brentwood for many years. It's surprising that the restaurant we dined in San Francisco (Noe Valley) was not the same quality of burgers. It was tasteless.
