this restaurant has messed up my order in the past, but today they completely messed it up twice within an hour, and when I asked for the contact info for a manager, they refused to give it to me. I'm absolutely disgusted with this place. Their customer service is shit and I highly do not recommend.

Barney's burger, medium rare - medium mediocrity. Solid burger but nothing I'd go out of my way for. The patty was perfectly cooked and of quality meat. Fried pickles are crispy AF.

This place has gone downhill. Hadnt eaten here for almost a year. I remember it being decent. It is not even decent. Order: Barney's burger w cheddar - ordered medium well got it waaaaay over done. Was not edible. Took one bite, the patty was dry and had a weird gamely taste. Bacon cheese burger - see above. Same thing Skinny and steak fries - cold and soggy. Also we both feel nauseous now. Never again.

Best hamburger I ever had. I had a cheese burger on a pretzel bun it was absolutely delicious. The steak fries came hot and excellent. I also had the fried veggies which were awesome.

nice 1/2 pound burger. Steak fries were hot and delicious. Would have been much better if they didn't pull the half cooked burger out of a bin to finish it on the fire. Lazy and disappointing,was too tired to make them do it right.
Well, it gave me a stomachache... the service was good but there's something about the burger, the water o the very dry curly fries ( they were very hard to eat) ... for being a "gourmet" food and having so many "awards" it was not impressive. I don't appreciate the food poisoning. Not going back again.

We ordered our food to go so can't say much about the service and ambiance other than the lady who gave us the food was nice and the place seemed clean. We ordered the Barney burger and the chicken sandwich with a small fry ($40 out the door). The burger was burnt on the edges (not in a good way like a smash) and the meat didn't taste good. The chicken sandwich was so dry and overcooked, I couldn't finish it, even with all the thousand island they gave me. On top of all of that, my wife and I both had upset stomachs after eating from here. Maybe it was an off night because reviews seem good, but we won't be back.
