Right next to my house.
Food isn’t too bad.
I drive to 10 minutes to another location
Because the people working the counter are rude as fudge

Picked up a fish cake kimbap while waiting for my KFC next door. Tasted fresh and hit the spot. Well constructed and tightly wrapped with lots of veggies.
The kimbap I bought this morning was cold, the spinach and perilla leaves weren't fresh, and the anchovies were too salty. It's also very expensive, so I don't recommend it.
It looks good, tastes good, and is reasonably priced.
This is a place I always use.

Simple, Delicious, and Straight to the Point
Baro Kimbap in Koreatown Galleria is proof that sometimes less is more. This no-frills spot focuses on the basics, delivering kimbap that’s fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without trying to overcomplicate things.
I ordered the combo set with three varieties, and here’s how they rolled:
Spicy Pork Kimbap: This one packed a kick that sneaks up on you, hitting the back of your throat in the best way. A bold and fiery choice.
Anchovy Kimbap: A classic. Salty, savory, and just enough crunch to keep things interesting. Definitely a solid go-to.
Egg Kimbap: The star of the show! Light, fluffy, and perfectly balanced with that signature hint of sesame oil. Simple, yet so satisfying.
Every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, with no shortcuts taken. If you’re in the Galleria and need a quick, delicious bite, Baro Kimbap is a solid choice. It’s not trying to reinvent the wheel—it’s just really good at what it does.

So good! There’s a lot of variety in the tofu pockets and the kimbaps. Many classic selections and unique offerings too. I like the spicy chicken and bulgogi kimbap.

I ate packaged kimbap and it was so delicious that I packaged it again to eat on the plane ride. The owners were so friendly and I felt the warmth of Koreans in a foreign country, which made the last day of my trip even better! The charcoal-grilled meat kimbap and delicacy kimbap are really delicious, so I highly recommend trying them once. If I have the chance to travel to LA next time, I will definitely visit again. Thank you for letting me go with good memories. May you prosper ^.^
