Love this place! have eaten there my whole life . Food is great, prices are affordable. I have never experienced any type of rude hospitality. if you were treated badly maybe that’s on you. Yes space is limited but it’s comfortable when seated.

The food and service is great at this place. The young lady taking my order was very kind and checked up on me during my meal. I've been here a couple times and my favorite foods are the teriyaki chicken and hamburger steak. Their pancakes are also pretty good! I'm coming back in the future to try other foods on their menu!

Well unfortunately today is the last time I go to this place I've been going for years . They will not give you coffee or anything until your party is there . They were parking and I was trying to secure table even though it was pretty empty due to lent and people don't eat meat on Fridays . They didn't want to give me coffee until 3rd person got there . They now have their young kids working . The young lady kept looking at our table since 3rd person wasn't there yet and rolled her eyes at me (RUDE!) she was rude at a previous visit but I didn't think much of it . Love the food and the older ladies they are very nice , but younger kids need to take a class on customer service and need to smile but seems like they're forced to be their , love the food everything is on point and taste great but customer service from younger generation is horrible . Still gave a good tip because as a Mexican I was raised with good morals !! Sticking to Nicks in downtown love that place

It was my first time trying it out. I was invited by a friend and breakfast was good, the only down side is the seating is very limited and not fat body friendly. They have a counter bar and a few tables but the tables are so close together that I couldn't back the chair enough because it was hitting the person in back of me in the other table. Other than that I liked it very much. Definitely going to try it again but wait until a table is empty behind me.Parking: About 6-8 spots that I remember but you can park in street.Kid-friendliness: I didn't see any kids but I don't think why wouldn't kids be able to eat with the family.Wheelchair accessibility: I seen 1 parking spot and noticed someone in a wheelchair eating at a table being uncomfortable.

Been coming here since about 2000 favorite place to come while pregnant in 2008. It WAS a hidden gem, we went recently,hadn't been here in a few years, and it's obvious hipsters have found it, back in the day it was it was the usual crowd,& usuals. Regardless glad to see they have the same menu, but prices have significantly gone up, I got my usual this morning, burger steak W/home fries,and medium over easy eggs and the coffee is the best! I've tried other things before, but this day I went back to get my usual and it was so good!

I really loved this place. The family that runs it is great. It seems like they all jump in to do whatever it takes to take care of the customers. Saw a regular come in and get fist bumps from everyone working there. I thought it was cool because you don't see people recognize regulars at this level anymore. I also caught the gal that cooked my omelette watch me take my first bite which tells me they have a lot of pride in what they are serving. (It was great btw!). Coffee is farmer bros which is decent for diner coffee and enjoyable. They are cash only which is fine but just be ready for that. I only had a $100 bill and I mentioned it prior to ordering and they had change etc for it. Food, service and a small business that shows a lot of pride is a win in my book! Keep grinding fam!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I asked the man server If I can have my overeasy egg a little more cooked because it had watery white uncooked piece and he YELLED at me saying I don't have a choice here it's either overeasy egg or fully medium cooked egg and also told me I should get a chief. The food was good just bad customer service he had really bad attitude since the start , bad vibe. Its a very small location owned by Chinese people with American food style.

Great small mom and pop cafe for breakfast. I haven't been during lunch time, but all of the breakfast items are good. They make everything right there, fresh potato's, eggs, real butter. I would get an omelette plate with coffee. It comes with toast. The meatloaf is really good too, thick slices and mixes well with egg and potatoes. The table salsa is fresh. Cash only place and they open early and close early as well.
