We were just there today. June 14, 2025 @ 1:10pm. The Chinese lady was very very rude. We had the freezer door open because we were trying to get an ice cream cake and she yelled at us to close it because it's a freezer and it needs to be closed. My husband and I were in shock we were with our 1 year old baby. We told her she was being rude and that she needs better customer service but she basically kicked us out. Idk if she was having a bad day or if that's just her nasty attitude but that's not right. She needs to be fired!!!! We ended up just leaving because that was very disrespectful and unacceptable. Stay away from this place!!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would showed up at 11:07am thinking it was open as there was a sign stating open the door was locked, a girl was inside cleaning just signaled not open no explanation. I was waited thinking maybe it’s running late 15 min later still nothing waste of time and she was opening as I was leaving didn’t even bother to explain she was running late

The ice cream is really good. I like the clean tables and no trash is found in the chairs. I really like the strawberry ice cream and you can add toppings.

Ok. Just had to vent. Customer service is always great, professional and friendly. My complaint is with the trashy sidewalk. It's nasty. Feels like your walking on slime. Somebody should power wash regularly.

Staff are attentive and fast even when long line. The flavor selection is extensive. it was quite a healthy serving. Yum!
Great employes only problem i have is they over charge for the ice cream qurts says 2 for 11 something but when u get them they are 8.50 a piece

This place is not bad, BUT we can get better. If you want real ice cream (HOMEMADE), go to my friend Señor Nieves at 2259 Griffin Avenue, Los Angeles CA. He makes great ice cream and he's an honest man. He gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?!
