The ice cream here is very good. I liked their selection of flavors and people working there were nice to me. The Gold Ribbon flavor is so damn good. If I was more into peanut butter, the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor I got would have been better, but I chose it after sampling, so it's my fault if I didn't like it as much. They didn't make a fuss about getting samples either, thankfully. I ended up sampling around 5 flavors and heard not a peep about a limit, though I'm sure there is one. I don't know if I will ever be back in the area, but if I am and I crave some ice cream, I'm definitely going to seek out this Baskin Robbins.

The girl that took my order on the 06/19 around 4-5 pm was not friendly at all I had just gone into the store and I heard when she was told to take her last order and then go home. She was rushing the hell out of me. I was also making fast choices so she can go home, which in the I should have just asked someone else to take my order because when it was my brothers turn to order not even 5 seconds pass by before she kept saying “anything else” like 3 times repeatedly with an attitude. Honestly they should just let the employee go when it’s their time to clock out because they just be rushing customers.

The manager for today got upset because I got my own cake when the freezer wasn't even locked. "Leticia" is her name. She refused to write happy birthday on the cake for the same reason. When it wasn't even my fault, the freezer wasn't locked. She said she was low on icy when I knew it was a lie. Minutes later, I walked out and made a call to ask if they had happy birthday candles or write happy birthday, and they said "we are low on candles but we can write happy birthday to your cake". Never said nothing about low icy. She is very lucky, I don't like to tell people off, but I'm sure someone will with that attitude. I am just happy to know that she was really lying. ??

Now, let's be honest I don't think you can ever really say anything bad about Baskin Robbins, maybe the employees yeah but in general Baskin-Robbins is delicious ice cream it's always good and this location. The service is perfect. It's nice and clean the young ladies that work, great you with a smile they're not all crabby and rundown. You can see they're having a good day, so they make your day good , and of course we're getting ice cream today. It's always a good day. Now i don't have any pictures. Because well ice cream doesn't last as long as soon as you get it.So the service is good and the place is clean the workers are nice. This location gets five stars from me .

In all my years as a Baskin-Robbins customer, THIS location needs to be permanently SHUT DOWN!Context: I called this location to cancel a cake order I no longer needed. The policy listed on the confirmation email states and I quote: "*To cancel or modify your order, please directly call the selected pickup location no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time."So I call 72 hours in advance to cancel and was told by the employee on the phone that she wasn't able to help me because her manage wasn't there at the store and hasn't been for 2 days. Red flag #1. Then she asks me if I would like her to call her manager and ask him and then call me back. I agreed and in less than 10 minutes she calls me back and says since the cake has already been made, they cannot cancel the order. Red flag #2. If the CORPORATE EMAIL states what Baskin-Robbins policy is, they as a franchise still need to honor that. So I asked her for her managers name and the number for corporate in which she tells me she can't give out that information. Red Flag #3. Now here is the part of the story as to WHY this location needs to be shut down and the manager should be FIRED. After this phone call with the employee, I find the telephone # to corporate. I explain my grievance to the customer service agent who proceeds to file a claim with me to investigate the matter. I requested an email documenting this claim which I received 5 minutes after getting off the phone with them. All of a sudden, I receive a call from an unknown # and something told me to answer it even though I don't answer callers I don't know. When I answered, it was the manager of the Baskin-Robbins giving me a call in regards to my order. I explained to him that I needed to cancel and that's when the call took a turn for the worst...He began telling me (calmly at first) that my order can't be canceled because it was already made. I calmly explained to him that I was told this by his staff, however the policy states that I have before 48 hours to do so. He then continues to repeat the same thing he just said over and over, telling me it can't be cancelled. I told him that I contacted corporate and filed a claim in regards to this and that's when his TRUE colors started to show. He then began to aggressively yell and raise his voice telling me that I can call corporate and that there is nothing they can do because they are an independently owned and operated store. He then quickly tells me I won't be getting a refund for my order. At this point I'm still level headed, but he is clearly agitated because I won't accept this cake. He then proceeds to start SCREAMING about what is he going to do with the cake over and over again and it got so bad I put the call on speaker phone for my mother to hear who was sitting in the room with me. He sounded more like a 5 year old having a temper tantrum than a person in a position of leadership. Finally when he was done being verbally aggressive, I kindly asked what his name was. That is when there was a brief pause on the phone and he proceeds to say "this conversation is over!" and hangs up. Never in my life have I EVER received such customer service from a business's MANAGEMENT team! They are supposed to be trained to keep their composure and have conflict resolution skills. This person blatantly called to badger me into accepting an order I no longer needed. Once he hung up, I IMMEDIATELY called corporate back and this time filed a complaint. I won't be bullied nor disrespected over a cake! I will NEVER step foot inside that location and honestly from reading the reviews, I should have placed this order with another location which I regret. All I know is that this matter could have been easily resolved, but the manager wants to be greedy and hold on to every little penny - even if it goes against Baskin-Robbins's own policy. Do yourself a favor folks and steer clear of this location, especially if you place a cake order. It's not worth t

Walked in today for some last minute ice cream with my wife and daughter. These (kids) are not welcoming and very rude with no sense of customer service. They seem so miserable and you can sense the negative energy. Kids these days are filled with garbage in there brain. You deserve less than what you make with that type of attitude. Not coming to this place again!!!

The employees were very mice and tried to help. The manager was nice and tried to be helpful. My review is about the owner, David, who is the worst. I was buying just a simple 2 scoop order and I ran my card and even added a 25% tip. The screen said the payment was approved, but their system froze and no receipt came out. I was about to leave, but David told me I had to wait. The system was frozen, so they had to unplug everything and reboot it. I pulled up my bank app and showed them the charge went through. It said pending, but it says that on all POS charges for the first day or so. David told me I was wrong, that the charge didn't go through and he's been doing this for 20 years and he knows what he is doing. Meanwhile, I've been waiting 10 minutes with no apology for the inconvenience, just accusations that I didn't pay yet. When the system came back up, he couldn't find a transaction for a double scoop, so he said I needed to swipe my card again. I wasn't about to allow him to charge me twice, so I asked for the store number so I could dispute the charge once it posted. I left the ice cream there, still no apology from David. I called the corporate office twice and emailed them and they keep telling me David is supposed to reach out to me, but he hasn't. I called the store and was told they wouldn't take a message because he won't call me back. It's not a lot of money, but they did take it from me and have refused to give it back. Never going back here.

Was just here & had a simple question for one of the workers which she replied which such disgusting additude & was so rude when she was preparing my items. I've never had a problem coming here but the new girl needs to calm down with the additude. I'm paying for my stuff I'm not getting it for free. She still had the nerve to tell me that all the rest of the girls make everything wrong & that she makes everything just the way it should be made lol. I'll just be coming when she's not around it's not professional & doesn't look right for the place.
