Women who helped my family and I had the worst attitude. Don’t go during the 7-9 shift. You’ll get the smallest scoops too, I paid for a regular scoop, but it really felt like a kids scoop.. I didn’t have the energy to argue with the lady. Seriously, stay away.
Do these look alike?? They either need to change the picture on the website to reflect reality or actually learn how to make the cakes. Probably the worst cake I’ve gotten. Probably would’ve been better if I had just gotten a premade cake without customization from another bakery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE
Horrible Stay away ! The kids running this place need to be replaced fast ! We asked about the sign on the door that said drinks where $3 right away she says no there’s not ? What it’s right there at the door NO ITS NOT ?? She says Okay go see for yourself she sends out her boyfriend who was very aggressive he saw the sign but at that point we just left theses kids are out of control put a grown up in there and we will come back 3rd generation in DTLA
Worst experience ever! I ordered cake a week in advance. The day of my daughter’s birthday celebration I walk-in to pick her cake and OMG the order was not made. Her heart was broken she didn’t like any flavor they had made so we left empty handed.
I enjoyed the Beach Day Ice cream. It was fun and full of surprises.

Worse customer service. Never have I had such bad experience. Employees ignore you , they made me wait for Over 20 min for a scoop of ice cream. The worse part is customers walking in would get there order done . While I been waiting in line. Let the manager know she was very understanding but they need to hire people who actually want to work!
Entering the store it smelled horrible like sewer water and was in line for 30 mins.

Sellers do not pay attention to the client and do not serve them, they simply ignore them stupidly.

Waited 20 minutes for a cone -With NO LINE. Still dumbfounded what was going on. Left in disgust. Also, why would the freezers be left open and the heat on inside?

This is the 3rd time I’ve came in and gotten the same thin! I went in and asked for a double scoop of ice cream. The lady who was helping me gave me more of one and a baby scoop of the other. I used to work for an ice cream shop and I know each single scoop should be a certain size. I was totally not happy about this and will have to think about coming back!

*Flavors (3/5):*Decent variety, but not all flavors are game-changers. Some hits, some misses – it's a middle-of-the-road flavor situation.*Service (3/5):*Friendly staff, but the pace was a bit sluggish. Waiting for my order felt longer than expected, which was a downer.*Price (3/5):*Prices are fair, but it's not a budget-friendly ice cream joint. You're paying for the options, so be ready for a moderate dent in your wallet. In summary, Baskin Robbins is an okay spot for ice cream – not a flavor revolution, service could be snappier, and prices are reasonable. A three-star experience in my book. ?⭐️

Their ice cream is great, but their ice cream cakes are both underrated and highly customizable. You can even pick one up out of the blue since they'll have a few different ones premade.
