Waited 20 minutes for a cone -With NO LINE. Still dumbfounded what was going on. Left in disgust. Also, why would the freezers be left open and the heat on inside?

This is the 3rd time I’ve came in and gotten the same thin! I went in and asked for a double scoop of ice cream. The lady who was helping me gave me more of one and a baby scoop of the other. I used to work for an ice cream shop and I know each single scoop should be a certain size. I was totally not happy about this and will have to think about coming back!

I'm giving a two star review only because the donuts and ice cream since it's half and half is good, but the service isn't that great. You can't really tell who the manager is, but they really need to train these employees on how to provide great customer service

Their ice cream is great, but their ice cream cakes are both underrated and highly customizable. You can even pick one up out of the blue since they'll have a few different ones premade.

I would like to commend Martin & Noemi, by far the best customer service out of all the Dunkin locations. They greeted me with a smile and their service was excellent. Clean location with tasty doughnuts and fresh coffee is all I ask and they delivered.

The donuts were fresh, seasonal coffee--yums, and the place was clean. It's a combo store with Baskin-Robbins and I think the staff members from both stores work together. You can either order at the register or on a tablet to the right of the register. I saw a mobile pickup area to the left of the display counter, so I'm assuming you can also order ahead for pick up, which is super convenient. The only downside to this place (which I didn't take any stars off for) is the location, because it looks sketchy haha but staff was friendly and there was was a good amount of parking.

I ordered an uber delivery from them and received totally different order in which I ordered a triple scoop with a chocolate fudge and mint chocolate chips but they didn’t even give me a triple and caramel coffee mocha and a vanilla with sprinkles.I called them but they were saying “there is not anything they can do. If you want to get a correct items, either you come or order again.” Even though I refunded this but only received 70 percent of my payments for refunds. I just wasted my time and my money.Employees need to read the order and make it not just you guess what the orders are like and make it without checking.You ruined my day.

I ordered a delivery from their store and the whole items were different. And they were saying "there is not anything they can do for me unless I come and get or order one more time." I wish they can just read the order and get a food not just guessing what orders are like and without checking just scoop and making it.

Worst service ever. They have about 7-8 staff members all standing around. You can't order your ice cream or try anything out. They make you stand in line pay first. Then allow you to pick your ice cream. They create long lines. And no one is doing anything but standing around. Plus it is so hot inside. Making you be there longer than you should. They should get rid of the youngsters and hire people who really want to work.

I got this customized cake for my husband's 30th birthday. And it turned out a really ugly color like it's faded... definitely nothing like the picture you provided on the website! And the message is also wrong too... the Birthday was written wrong, it looks like BRRIRTHDAY... I definitely don't like the service this time, and it ruined the birthday moment. This is so wrong. This was a big birthday I'd been planning. This should be a perfect memory for our family but I don't know how you can provide services like this.
