Poor parking lot. Went there about noon on a weekday. No parking spots available. Imagine how it is when it's a weekend? Other parking spots were reserved for businesses in the strip mall area. The patrons for other businesses down the street park there so I can't find a spot to park there. Even the street parking is filled up. Other alternative is have it delivered or park very far away for ice cream. Sorry, you lost a customer at this location since I can find parking at other Baskin Robbins at other parts of the city; even though this one is the closest to my house.

I had pre ordered a cake for my nephew a week in advance and ask that the writing be put on side not on top bc I had a cake topper I wanted to add i called the day of pick up to confirm everything was ready they said yes I send someone to get it and writing was on top, I called to complain girl on phone said she wasn't anyone that could help so offered to give my number to manager who never called back ...seems like you don't care how you make a customer feel after they pay
I have ordered from this location twice now through Postmates. I am ordering and paying for Fresh Packed ice cream, as written on their Postmates menu. I pay $12.50 a container because it's fresh packed and a totally different, much better quality than the supermarket version (which is also half the price). Both times they have sent me pre-packed supermarket ice cream (which I will not eat bc it's very poor quality and disgusting) without warning or asking me if I still want it. Maybe they ran out of the flavor I wanted in fresh ice cream but they should let me know and they absolutely should not send supermarket ice cream that sells for $5 in the store. It's like being robbed. Other BR locations that I've ordered from DO NOT do this. They send fresh packed ice cream. AVOID delivery from this location!
