The Indian young lady gives tiny portions of the scoops. Not worth the money. Other Baskin robbins locations never do this. This location did NOT give the appropriate scoop/ounces. This location is a rip off.

The service is excellent! The staff was warm and welcoming. I took my 93 year old mother for a special treat. Her favorite ice cream is strawberry and she was so excited that there was real strawberries in the ice cream. She has been having a hard time eating lately and seeing her devouring the ice cream was so wonderful. We had such a great time, My mom now wants to go regulary and visit with the staff!

We only came here because my son wanted some ice cream and it was sad to say the least. Many flavors not available, the ice cream had freezer burn, and the store is in dire need of repair. Clearly, no upkeep or maintenance has been done here, service was also lacking. Prices are way too high for the quality that you get, not worth returning.

Beware their scoop size is pitifully small compared to other baskin-robbins. No joke.

I went to this Baskin Robins Last night with my Companion. I was there on 9/15/2022 about 30 mins before closing. There were two employees working. A white male and a Latina Female. I and my companion are both Black Americans. The white male was taking a large order, but he looked up to say one moment, please. The Latina Female looked up and noticed us, but never said a word to acknowledge us. We looked in the bins for a minute to decide on the ice cream we wanted to purchase. After making our decision we sit down and wait. Five minutes later a Latino Couple walked in. The Latina lady looks up and says, I'll help you now. It was blatant racism, she very well knew we were waiting and had been waiting. I think the lady working 9/15/2022 around 8 pm/8:30 has poor customer service and doesn't like Black People. The white male working corrected her and said, no they were waiting. My male companion refused to let the Latina Lady help us instead, we decided to wait for the white male to finish up the large order. He also had much better customer service. When this Latina Lady is working at this location, they might as well hang a sign saying "Blacks not serviced here" Update 9!17/2022: The Manager responded by saying the Latina lady who displayed acts of racism towards black, was just a cake decorator. Basically cake decorators are not really trained on how to offer customer service to a diverse clientele . In fact a cake decorator has to be reminded to ask who's next when more than one person is waiting for service. I've posted the managers reply below.

(+)- The kid & older lady servers behind the counter were nice- The ice cream was decent(-)- Tiny portions- Super overpriced- Very old location with almost no seating- Small & dirty parking lot shared with other small businesses in a cramped area next to a dirty 7-Eleven frequented by homeless and addicts half a block from a large tent encampment under the 405Had not been to BR for years and had a $2 coupon. Was near this location so I decided to give it a try. When I walked in the first thing I noticed were ridiculously high prices. Ended up getting just the 1 scoop (tiny) sundae with hot fudge which cost a whopping $4.70! Even with the $2 coupon the tiny scoop still cost $2.70! Save your money and go to a gelato place instead, or better yet buy the better ice creams from any grocer.

This Baskin and Robbins had really gone down hill and I thought I would never go there again, but my grandson saw it and wanted ice cream so I relented. We also ordered his Birthday cake while we were there. The place at least has a few places to sit. That is nice. The service is still not great, but they are trying. It appears the employees are not happy with their jobs and I have no idea why. They are pretty slow. But they were nice enough, got our order right and charged us correctly, so there is improvement.Their ice cream is super tasty and we all love it. They have a great selection and all of it is good. The place is pretty clean.I have hopes this place will keep improving. I will try them again.
