I dont want to go back....the guy who helped me was nice, but my waffle bowl was stale....and it smelled funny..Ive been going to baskin-robbins since I was a child, and I have NEVER had a stale anything. Our order today cost 17dollars and some change..I'm sad. I won't go back...this was disappointing. FIX IT!!! Just downhill, the cones were sitting out on top of the counter and don't get me wrong the ice cream was ok, but stale cones?? Who wants that? That's part of the experience too...please do better, because everybody loves ice cream, but NOBODY likes stale cones or waffle bowls...that smell weird. Please change this...it's really sad. And I mean well,...

Their vegan ice cream options are THE BEST, they usually have about 2-3 options, but they’re always delicious. I always say baskin robbins does vegan ice cream the best. It’s usually sorbet and a chocolate variety, and I hate chocolate ice cream, but I LOVE theirs! That’s should tell you something!

This place used to be amazing ... years ago when I moved here I would see Brad and Angelina here and the ice cream was so good ... I stopped in the other night and there was no air conditioning ... I walk in and the young guy behind the counter was too aggressive ... I had JUST walked in and it was "what do you want..." no hello or anything ... I noticed that ALL of the ice cream looked like it was melting ... he said the air had been out for awhile ... so I went ahead and ordered 2 scoops, left and by the time I got in my car it was like a milk shake ... until they get their air fixed don't bother!!! So many other ice cream places that have actual ICE cream ...

Walked into this store and the cashier immediately asked "how can I help you?" A really weird way of welcoming customers. I felt really awkward walking into this store just a block away from my place. I asked the server about some items on the menu and kept asking "excuse me?" like she has a hearing problem or something. She was very unhelpful and she had this really sad attitude like she didn't belong there and that she hated her work. I was appalled by the treatment I received and will also post this on other web review sites as I will be unwilling to come back to this business establishment location. On top of having what I would consider higher pricings for smoothies as I would assume due to inflationary prices, I still do not believe that my purchase was worthy of a good review in terms of the lack of customer service received from the store associate and the high price ranges of the product being sold with substandard quality deems necessary to place this on the low review range. Very unsatisfactory service, high pricing, and not at all deserving of a good review will prevent my return to this store in the near future.

We order from here a lot. I got a premium sundae. Not even opened not a bite taken. Very inconsistent when it comes to what they put into the orders. Sometimes it's good and ice cream is at least to the bottom of the lid or more. Sometimes you get this where it is less than the bare minimum. In this situation half of the premium cup. Will stop ordering if this continues. When you go in person they fill it up but when you order for delivery they jip you. They don't take the brunt of it. Postmates or grub hub does so they never hear about it or seem to care if they do. This has happened a lot lately

STAY AWAY! I arrived at the Baskin Robbins on western at 6:45 to get the cake I ordered and paid for online to receive the image below. I understand that sometimes the picture can be grainy. However, I called the location and asked if the picture sent was ok, and she said "if there's a problem we'll call you." I said "thank you" so you would imagine how I felt when I came to pick it up an hour before the bday party. It has no writing on it?! Someone printed this picture and thought this was acceptable? Anyways, as I waited there for the employee to call up Farid and find a resolution, the manager explained that "I could pick up the cake tomorrow." I needed it today. I replied. Than another 30 min later, the manger said I can get a cake from the freezer? At this point I was desperate I needed something. I waited over an hour to purchase another cake? I have already sent an email. No one has reached out. The "new" cake taste old. I have ordered cakes before at your Lakewood, ca location and they have been absolutely gorgeous. I have had so many compliments on the cake and I always recommend people to purchase your cakes, but at this point I can't see myself going into another baskin robbins again.
