The service is 10/10 fast and easy. The girl with the glasses is great at what she does!!!! She knows what she is doing and she gets it done with no complaints at all!!!!

Bring back tasters. It’s hard to try a new flavor without tasting it. I don’t wanna commit to a full order. You took them away after Covid like everybody else, but you haven’t brought them back because it’s too much work or you don’t wanna waste the spoon cost? Every other Baskin-Robbins offers tasters.

Beware if you're ordering delivery! They have no protection guard in place to insure your items are not tampered with. Today I received a door dash with one of my pints EATEN FROM straight spoon action!

The surrounding area looks unpleasant but I am rating this 1-star for the simple fact that I can't rate it 0-stars. There is a picture of light brown hair in my ice cream and my hair is a dark brown/black color. The hair is embedded in the ice cream so it's not something that simply landed there. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this establishment for their lack of hygiene, especially since all the ice cream containers are constantly open and no one is having their hair tied back or in a net. For the amount of money that I spent, I had to throw it away. This will be the last time I ever grace those doors.

I ordered a small shake the have half of the cup. Plus, charge me 7 dollars it wasn't a full cup. The employee have me attitude. She didn't complete my order.
