Do you see how many stars this particular Baskin Robbins has ?! Yeah there's a reason for that. This location sucks! I've been here more than a few times and it's like are they just slow or something? It's super small, customers have to pack in and it isn't the cleanest. Particularly today on Thursday, August 31st, I went in for a single scoop of ice cream. As you may know, ice cream from here is 31% off on the 31st since they have 31 flavors. I paid with a $10 bill for 1 scoop of ice cream, and only received $1 back in change. I told the guy that served me, with the glasses (should've got his name) that I gave him $10 meaning that I should have received more money back as my change. He said "no you didn't, you gave me $5". He tried to dismiss me and closed the cash register but I told all the staff there to run back the cameras because I knew for a fact that I had given him a $10 bill as I just left the atm and pulled out $10s and $20s. You cannot pull out $5s !!! He told his coworkers that I gave him $5 and was claiming to have given him $10, eventually I'm assuming she was the manager, all she said to me was that she would check right now, but then proceeded to check out 3 more customers even though I was ahead of them! They didn't even give me my ice cream so it slowly started to melt and I was getting aggravated. They finally opened the cash register to see that he had placed the $10 I gave him in the $5 area. He then tried to apologize, but at that point it didn't matter because everyone was against me. They should have just gave it to me for free for the major inconvenience! When I say I will not be back, oh believe it ! I wish I could give them 0 stars for this slow sucky service. Can't believe you had about 4 workers in there and I still wasn't treated properly as I was told "customers are right". Yeah whatever Tomatoes tomatoes tomatoes!!!

Why are people allowed to be in there ear pods while in the clock? Why is staff allowed to prioritize personal calls instead of giving the bare minimum? I was in today 7/5 and was looked at by a lady that was clearly enjoying her personal conversation a little too much. Has no proper customer service manners. If you work somewhere where it requires you to interact with customers, phones should not be allowed on the floor, period. Horrible service.

I am a little upset that I came into this baskin robbins and the lady who attended me was the only one working and clearly talking to someone on her Bluetooth AirPod. The whole time she interacted with me and not a single word came out of her mouth directed to me. Not a "can I help you", "yes", "sure", "any toppings" "would that be all" nothing nothing nothing. Oh yes she did tell me the total but that's it. Not a "here's your receipt", "thank you", nothing. I actually felt so uncomfortable because I felt like I was interrupting her conversation. Won't be coming back. So unprofessional. Came in on a Wednesday afternoon.

I ordered a small shake the have half of the cup. Plus, charge me 7 dollars it wasn't a full cup. The employee have me attitude. She didn't complete my order.

Upon entering the establishment Lucia greeted me with friendly welcome. The place was nice and clean with a great vibe from the music that was playing. I told her what I wanted and she explained to me exactly how I can get it. I even asked for extra Oreos and she let me know the extra charge it would be. I was happy to pay it just because of the great service she was providing me. She made my milkshake perfect and thanked me for coming. I was actually headed to Culver City to Coldstone but I'm glad I stopped by here in my own neighborhood. 4066 S. Victoria is the place to come for great service and great shakes.

It seems that the staff is more liberal with the servings of ice cream with their Hispanic counterparts, than with the Black patrons. That was noticed by several people who have been patronizing the business long before they came there to work. It's very sad.

I love it here. Mostly because one of the employees there is the best ever she’s short with a bun and she always remembers my order I love her she really makes this place come together! P.S. I don’t know her name I get anxiety and don’t wanna ask?

I would give them zero Stars if I could. I don't give samples. They charge me almost $9 for a double scoop on a sugar cone. When I asked for a cup to put it in they told me that would be an extra $0.50. The staff is rude and it didn't like one of the flavors so I paid $4 for a flavor that if I had a sample I wouldn't have gotten. The date was June 3rd 2022. All covid restrictions in Los Angeles have been removed and nobody's even wearing masks anymore so I don't know why they're not giving samples. It's unacceptable I will never go back. The employees were rude the ice cream was not good it's completely unacceptable. I WILL NEVER RETURN. I agree with one of the previous reviews it's better to drive to another location and have a better experience. This one also looks dingy and dirty.

No management available, staff is super rude, i scrolled down to the other reviews and it’ seems that the owner is the root cause for the unpleasant staff. Don’t waste your money at this location drive father to a better one your ice cream will be old at this location
