⭐⭐⭐⭐ Four stars for the staff who were friendly and helpful, especially given the situation they were in.

The one star belongs to the company. How on EARTH does this Baskin-Robbins not have the most popular flavors on hand during the weekend??? And this being LABOR DAY WEEKEND means people are going to want ice cream. I tried to order the layered sundae with chocolate chip cookie dough and they were out. Okay, how about a brownie sundae with vanilla or chocolate chip ice cream? Nope, they're out of that too. No plain old chocolate ice cream either. I'm sorry but WTH??? I ended up going inside and purchasing a pint of chocolate chip ice cream instead. Let's be honest, this kind of thing would NEVER be acceptable nor tolerated in Gardena, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, etc. It puts the staff in a terrible position, and unfortunately some people aren't as understanding. The company needs to do better when it comes to stocking products, especially on busy weekends and holidays. Cold Stone would NEVER!!!

I usually enjoy visiting Baskin-Robbins, but unfortunately my recent experience was disappointing. When we arrived at the drive-thru, the employee wasn't helpful at all. He didn’t inform us of the available flavors, which forced us to get down and go inside the store.

Once inside, the same employee took our order, but his attitude was noticeably unfriendly from the start. As someone who works with clients daily, I know how important basic courtesy and professionalism are, and no customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. My husband actually wanted to leave because of how we were treated, but I chose to go through with the order.

We usually go to the Baskin-Robbins location on Slauson and have never had an issue like this. The customer service at this location really needs improvement.

On top of that, the scoops in my sundae were noticeably small, and the new M&M flavor I tried had hard candy bits that actually scraped my lip. Definitely not a pleasant experience.... I hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to be more customer-focused...

I got the most amazing cherry milkshake here, and oh my gosh — it was pure joy in a cup! Creamy, dreamy, and bursting with flavor — I couldn’t stop smiling with every sip. It honestly made my whole day feel sweeter and lighter. Sometimes it’s the little things that lift your mood, and this milkshake totally did that for me. Big love to Baskin Robbins for this magical moment!

Never come this place, customer service zero no respact. I order 2SCUP she gave me one and half when i ask her she told me comeback friday tolk to the manager. They are bully spacialy With Nose ring employee she is The nastiest.

If I can give this place a zero I would this is my closest location to home I will now drive over 10 miles just to never come back here yesterday at 8 pm drive through the lady caught attitude cause I asked what flavors of milkshake they had available the behavior was disappointing and disgusting I couldn’t believe it so I stared recording so I asked for a kids scoop first then the milkshake as soon as I asked she rapidly caught a attitude I just proceeded to wait and go up to the window she said they don’t do that and that it would be a longer process so I get to the window she said they were not gonna take my order that I had to go around and wait again I refused she kept taking about me to the other employee about me loudly and clear I’m hearing everything and recording I refused to leave drive through cars behind me left cause of her bad behavior and lack of training I called the cops cause it was scary the way she was yelling and dealing the cx inside cause I can clearly seee after 30 mins. Stopped she sends the guy to take my order i need corporate to reach out to me negative stars 👎👎👎👎👎

How do you charge $7.99 for a milkshake. Then tell me I have to pay extra $2 for whipped cream. It goes together ? ... That's like me ordering a meal paying for it, then gotta pay you to give it to me. ???...The world is greedy. Really, extra $$$$ for whipped cream ???

I had a bad experience at this place, My man asked for no whipped cream on his shake, but it still had it when he received it . When he asked to remove it, the lady had an attitude. The shake looked off, more like liquid, and he felt sick after. Not okay, you guys need to improve!

On 2 different Tuesdays, I went to this Baskin-Robbins. First time about 9:20 and wanted a freeze. I went through the drive thru and asked for a freeze. The young lady told me that it was to late. They cleaned up already. I told her you don't close until 10pm how long does it take to clean up a blender. I tried again 3 Tuesdays ago, June 6th. I was in the drive thru at 9pm. This time a young man told me that they weren't doing freezes that it was too close to closing. I told him that I came through early because they don't like the make freezes this late. He told me that he would make it for me. Over the intercom, I felt he had an attitude and thought that he might do something to my freeze. I just pulled off and gave up on this B- R. I now go to the one in Gardena. The young guy(Albert) at the Gardena B R. made my freeze at 9:30. No attitude and very pleasant.
