Customer service is trash. There is no order in the store, the drive through is a joke. Worker Isaiah needs to be retrained on customer service. I didn't not get my ice cream. I'll never go to this location again, I'll pass by it on my way to the Gardena location. Waisted my damn gas coming here!

I had a bad experience at this place, My man asked for no whipped cream on his shake, but it still had it when he received it . When he asked to remove it, the lady had an attitude. The shake looked off, more like liquid, and he felt sick after. Not okay, you guys need to improve!

Store hours state that this location closed at 10PM!I came in at 9pm needing a cake! I went to door and it was locked associates seen me and didn't even say anything acted like I wasn't at the door.Went though drive thru and associate tells me they can't sell me a cake through drive thru , I told him well the door is locked and he said yeah we closed them and tells me my manager told me I can't sell any cakes. When did this become a rule? So unprofessional and I am so disappointed I live 3 mins away and will prefer driving to the Gardena location because the customer service is not it here!

On 2 different Tuesdays, I went to this Baskin-Robbins. First time about 9:20 and wanted a freeze. I went through the drive thru and asked for a freeze. The young lady told me that it was to late. They cleaned up already. I told her you don't close until 10pm how long does it take to clean up a blender. I tried again 3 Tuesdays ago, June 6th. I was in the drive thru at 9pm. This time a young man told me that they weren't doing freezes that it was too close to closing. I told him that I came through early because they don't like the make freezes this late. He told me that he would make it for me. Over the intercom, I felt he had an attitude and thought that he might do something to my freeze. I just pulled off and gave up on this B- R. I now go to the one in Gardena. The young guy(Albert) at the Gardena B R. made my freeze at 9:30. No attitude and very pleasant.

I stopped by to get a large chocolate shake. The drive-through was going out the parking lot, so I decided to park and go in. I went in, and there was no one inside. It took them almost 3 minutes to acknowledge I was even in there. Someone asked me for my order and I told her I would like a large chocolate shake. She then went on to continue doing whatever she was doing to help the drive-through people. I sat there for another five minutes until someone asked have you been helped. I said yes I at the lady asked me for my order and I told her a large chocolate shake but I've just been sitting here. She then said I'm so sorry I'll get with you. She finished her order and then went on to something else and they were all just looking at me and I told them never mind. I'll just leave and leave this review here. If you're looking for ice cream, just go to the next Baskin-Robbins because whoever was in there working today was extremely rude. If I park my car and come in and I'm the only customer in there, I should be able to be serviced. The person who comes in and is not lazy should not have to be penalized for everyone who's lazy and sitting in their car. I normally stop here once or twice a week but I'll never come to this one again!!! If I didn't have to give it one star I wouldn't!!!

The girl who works at 9:30am is so rude and should not be at store, the service is so horrible. I'll give the store only 1 star because I found hair on the ice cream and when I told her she was so rude and didn't say even sorry. And gave me a cup without lid or bag.

The staff is friendly BUT, Do not use the drive through. They robe you. You ask for a double scoop They give you ONE. It never fails. I went there 3 times on different dates. My 9rser is always less ice cream. Why??? By the time one finds out your order is not right, you're far from the store. So. Lesson learned. I'm not shopping at that location no more.

Why did I find a hair on the cherry of my banana split after four bites The service was quick. But she handed me the banana split with no bag and my spoon was not wrapped. She seemed surprised when I requested a bag. This was a drive through purchase.

Now I know why this spot has 2 stars... I do not like leaving bad reviews for any place but it's important that the management knows about the bad customer service. We arrived at 930pm there was a small 2 car line.. I pulled up to the drive thru, the car in front of me left so I was up next. I waited, and waited and waited, my then waited some more... after waiting almost 5-7 minutes without even being acknowledged we decided to park and go inside. However we couldn't even do that because the door was chained up. Once we walked back to our car the vehicle behind us in the drive thru was acknowledged and their order was taken, which left us with no ice cream sadly.. now I know the door may be closed due to security concerns, but at the very least acknowledged the customer especially if there's no one else being helped anymore in front of the customer that's been waiting. Also another car left as well after they saw the doors were locked and were waiting behind me for a long time as well.. the staff here is notorious for getting peoples order wrong and now they seem to ignore customers to add insult to injury.

I just went here to get a large strawberry shake and split it with my daughter. The shake was thick, had real strawberries in it, and was flavorful. This seems to be the go to desert when ice cream is brought up.

My Sweet wanted pistachio so we stopped in, the store looks very clean and in spite of several people in front of me I was greeted immediately, the nice lady (Rachel, Michelle, sorry I didn't write it down) was super friendly and fast, she got my order done *perfectly* so I was in and out in 5 minutes tops . Clean parking lot too . 4.18.2022 Again I went and Rebecca was fast, helpful and courteous . they were training a new employee . -Nate

My sis went for ice cream about a week ago but since she never finishes her stuff, she usually puts it in the freezer and forgets about it. I ate a spoonful of the ice cream and there was a NAIL IN IT! I was so disgusted and threw away the ice cream immediately, as well as deep cleaning my mouth. I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to have painted nails while working in fast food, let alone having nails that long. Now I have to stay away from this place.
