What's to say? Baskin-Robbins is one place that seems to be consistently popular and good across the country. We go to ours often to handle ice cream cravings (root beer floats & Chocolate fudge sundaes are regular ones).

Never would I have thought to write a review for Baskin-Robbins but this place is awesome.I came here to pick up a birthday cake for one of my friends who does not like chocolate and is allergic to nuts, they helped me with my request and attended to my needs, which was phenomenal. I ordered Uber Eats. I was really surprised when the ice cream arrived. It was so light. You have to give me the right amount, right? Unlike before, I gave him ice cream and stopped. I was offended. What's the point of saving it so much? I feel bad when I receive the same amount of money but the capacity is different. Don't do that from now on.

These people are lost and have no customer service and the manager even worst I had an incident with her prior because my mom who cant see ask her if she can help her with something and the girl was so rude. I can't understand how she is still here. Mind everyone I wrote a detail email to higher management and I never heard from them. I would give them a zero if I could

The staff is super friendly! So many ice cream flavors that you can't go wrong. They don't provide samples just yet. In my opinion your best off getting two quarts of ice cream from the freezer for $11.99 Yes the packaged ones. It's cheaper than getting 2 two scoops or 2 sundaes. They have chairs to sit down. It's summer have some ice cream!!!!

The girls are rude! Closing early, and ignore you when you walk in because they are doing an online order. Never knew scooping took such concentration and dedication. The other one twiddling her nasty nails in the ice, where the ice cream is held in the barrels. New workers and manager please.

The young ladies working there are awesome!!! They gave us great service even though we were a very large group and it was closing time. The brought smiles to my club volleyball team after a hard couple of days!!!

Place smelled absolutely amazing and the product is tasty, but the service was incredibly slow. Definitely don't expect a quick in and out you'll be waiting 30 minutes atleast depending on time.
