This Baskin-Robbins has amazing service. The brand itself deserves 3-stars, but the service awards it one more. I regularly come here to get ice cream for my younger siblings. There was one time I wanted to buy the Ice Cream Turkey. I came last minute on the day of Thanksgiving, knowing that orders had to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Despite this, the workers were willing to take my order in the morning telling me I needed to come in at night to pick it up. I had a great Thanksgiving night showing off my splendid Ice Cream Turkey thanks to the team.

One of the better priced Baskin Robbins. Rarely gets busy here and they always seem to have a decent amount of flavors in stock. Getting out of the parking lot is a pain though because you have to deal with Vermont ave. traffic and there's only one side to exit from.

Great Customer service. I booked Uber Eats for delivery and the driver left half of my order at the store and the store tried to contact him but he's not responding. It's my birthday and I really wanted to treat myself with the Reese Peanut Butter Sundae. One of the employees from their store helped out and delivered half of my order himself. I don't know his name but he has a white car. To the guy who helped out, thank you so much!

This was my weekly spot. I'm not sure if the owners changed, but before, they had Koreans working here. They are no longer here, and the service and drinks are not like before. Today's cappuccino blast wasn't even filled up to the line.

Shitty service. Refuse to take my order even though there was still 30 mins left. Tried ordering a shake and server lied to me saying there was no more milk even though I saw the milk. I changed my order to a banana Royale and also said that there was no more topping trying to persuade me not to order it. I still saw some topping lefts and wouldn't have mind getting those. Seems like he didn't want to work.

I came in here for a post-brunch treat and it was a perfect way to soothe the spirits and cool down after a warm day in LA. I ordered a chocolate chip ice cream in a kids portion cup and it was the perfect amount. I love the creamy texture of the ice cream. The staff was not strict about how many customers could be in the store at one time, but there were signs posted that informed customers that they could not sit inside and that they could only order to-go
