Pleasantly surprised. The chicken is fried well. I enjoy the flavor. I ordered the honey soy boneless wings & French fries. I really liked the food. I do have a couple of concerns. The parking situation is terrible. You'll be lucky to find a spot in their parking lot. If you do find a spot you'd better hope no one double parked behind you. The lot is very tight. Aside from that, there is a bit of a wait for your food. It took me about 20 minutes to get my order. At least the food is fresh and made to order though. All things considered, I give it a 3/5.

UPDATE: THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. The owner of the joint did not say sorry nor issue a refund. And did not even seem to read my message.

Do not buy gift cards from this chain and use it at this location because they do not know how to use it unless a manager is present. We received a gift card as a gift for Christmas and we had waited over 15 mins to 20 mins EACH TIME when we used this gift card because the staff were not trained by the manager on how to use the gift card with their system. I would like to emphasize that this is NOT the staffs fault. The steps of using a gift card can be written out, printed out by the manager of the store, and there are many ways of making this easy for your staff and pleasant for the customers but that obviously did not happen because we waited another 20 minutes while the one poor staff was trying to figure it out. The lack of training of the staff and the manager at this point just is just irritating. Despite having a gift card, I doubt that we will be coming back as customers in the future. Don't sell something that the restaurant cannot provide. It's so sad. This is not how you treat your staff who are left to deal with these situations.

The chicken and flavors are very solid. The chicken stays very crispy even with all of the added sauce. The service is fine, would recommend you call or order online as the wait can take 30+ minutes for an order. It's a small joint, so I generally just do takeout at this location. The mala spicy is my favorite flavor here. I would highly recommend for anyone that wants Korean style fried chicken on the west side.

In terms of the crunch and the chicken itself these are no joke the best wings I’ve ever had. The boneless wings are actual thighs and not the usual chicken nugget-type bites.

Very disappointed with the experience here. Expensive for what it is, it took 35 minutes for my order to be ready and I asked if I could eat there when ordering and lady at the counter said no. No explnation, I’m assuming because they close in 45 min from the time I was placing my order? Poor service and expensive just like the other comments say. Very disappointing

Parking can be tricky during busy times at this fast casual spot. Staff could be more kind and helpful. Food is ok. Pricing and portions are fair. I would only recommend this place to get your feet wet with Korean fried chicken but pass on it otherwise.

Got boneless hot mala and bone in honey garlic. Very good tasting and service was okay, took 20 mins to get the chicken. Will say the place didn't look very clean. Boyfriend got a stomach ache after eating there. Little upset that it's 17 per small box and you can't mix match flavors. The sides are also pretty pricey so we didn't get any.

You should not eat here. I got the chi chi fries which used to be a meal of chicken cheese and fries. For $24 they give you a handful of fries with a drizzle of some teriyaki sauce. I can't believe it. This place is a total scam.

I am really on the fence with bb.q. Between a 3 and a 4 stars. My son loves it, so he brought some home. We got boneless wings, some Gang-Jeong, some Cheeseling, also some potato wedges, coleslaw, and pickled radish. Everything was well-prepared, but the flavor profile was just too sweet for me. Even the dipping sauces were too sweet (honey mustard...why not hot mustard?), other than the ranch. It's Korean style food, so sweet should be expected I guess, but wish they had some not so sweet offerings to balance it out. Some straight up hot wings would be great. And maybe make the daikon radish not sweet but hot? I dunno. Won't be back.
