I ordered a spicy chicken plate paid 1 extra dollar for it and when I get my order no spicy in it I told the cashier and they just tried to give me hot sauce if I deserve to get what I paid for don't charge extra if is not going to be what you are charging for

Been coming to this place for years & I know it's not the friendliest customer service but nonetheless the food is good. My issue are the cooks. If my ticket on the receipt says extra sauce, why is there No sauce? I'm writing this review bc it's happened more than once & I never said anything but Now it's time for Everyone to Check their food before walking out. MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

I was completely disappointed and grossed out when I found a hair in my plate. I couldn't eat the plate and was too late to call the store since they where closed by then. Service has also gone down and the place is always trashed. Definitely avoiding this place now and hope you do too.

Great food, been coming for years. Some cashiers hate their jobs but besides that I can't complain. #9 is the best combo for me and the tempura veggies with shrimp is great.

The customer service was above and beyond. Conny was excellent and gave recommendations, patience and an upbeat attitude. She made the dine in experience wonderful and pleasant.
