I made a take out order on ubereats. I waited outside the restaurant for 45 minutes waiting did the food to be done. When I finally went in the food was ready and cold. They were just too lazy to update the order on the app. Love waiting 45 minutes for cold food.

Astoundingly rude. I arrived at the WeHo location at 9:38 PM (12/5/23). The man in the restaurant watched me pull up in my car, and as I was getting out, proceeded to turn off the open sign and lock the door. No explanation for why they were closing early, not even the courtesy of a gesture to me indicating that he was closing. Just locking the door in my face. What an incredibly disappointing experience. I had eaten at this location once before for lunch, and was looking forward to it for dinner tonight. I will not be returning.

I'm here twice a week. I always get the black pepper chicken bowl with double veggies and the homemade cucumbers that are in the fridge on the side. Also the fried egg on top for sure. The bulgogi and pork are good as well. I just prefer the veggies that come with the chicken. I'd get the spicy chicken but i drench the black pepper chicken with hot sauce anyways plus that flavor just always hits the spot.
I got spicy chicken bowl wasn’t good little veggie chicken was dry. I tried Venice location it’s better then Hollywood.

One of my favorite lunch spots, but went for dinner yesterday and seemed like the cook didn't care. Presentation wasn't there, all the regular ingredients weren't there. Hope it was an off night/shift.

As someone who use to eat here almost every for lunch lunch the place has gone way down hill. Disgusting! Zero seasoning, not a drop of salt. Zero spice to the spicy chicken. It is as if old chicken was drowned in red oil. INEDIBLE! The bulgogi was my favorite, however that to was not seasoned just cooked beef, no Also no cabbage added. To top it off I received one hot soda and one missing.
