I don't understand why they say they don't use MSG when I can taste it. They might can fool other country people but not Koreans..
The taste is average, but the price is expensive even considering it's American, and even if you don't choose a tip, you get a tip based on the price you ate. Tips will be paid approximately 2 days after the payment date.
A set for 4 people, 3 pieces of soft tofu, came out to $93 and was paid for about $13 2 days later.

Bean sprouts change color and smell as they rest, so I use them as a side dish, and above all, I had high expectations for soft tofu stew, but I was disappointed by the taste, which wasn't as good as commercial meal kits.

I came from Seattle to LA and stopped by because I wanted to eat soft tofu. I expected to wait 50 minutes, but got in in 10 minutes. I ordered Original soft tofu and ribs. The soft tofu was very delicious and the ribs were soft and sweet. In particular, the soft tofu was impressive as it contained more soft tofu than in Korea.
However, the service was disappointing. After the stone pot rice was served, they did not pour the rice or water into the rice, so I had to open the lid of the hot stone pot myself and let the rice air out. Moreover, the soft tofu didn't come out even after the rice had cooled down, so I had to wait twice to get it. I was able to eat the ribs I ordered as a combo with soft tofu by the time I finished eating the soft tofu, and that too after urging once.
In conclusion, it was disappointing that the enjoyment of the very delicious food was cut short due to the insufficient serving.

The workers are generally unfriendly and the waiting instructions are not properly provided.
I received a text message and tried to go in, but they said they would call me and told me not to come in, but when I looked again, I saw that they had been deleted from the waiting list, so I had to explain and go in.
I ordered two combos, but one came separately.
I was so dissatisfied that I asked for a tip, but they didn't even return my card, so I should have kept it myself.
Just eat it in Korea. It's recommended.
The scent of soft tofu I tried in LA
The menu is the same as that of the Korean chain restaurant.
Considering the tax of 10% and the tip of 18%, the prices are all exorbitant when paying.
I paid $18 for seafood soft tofu.
Are side dishes refillable? Fish is not refillable.
ㅠㅠ
The photo is of Bukchang-dong soft tofu in New York.
the price is similar

It was my first time visiting, and on my first visit, they served stone pot rice directly in a bowl. The food came out nice and warm. The sauce for the ribs was delicious and the side dishes were also neat. However, a large piece of the broken earthenware pot came out of the scorched rice and I almost swallowed it while eating, so I spoke to the staff and manager, but other than just saying they were sorry and saying what to do, I couldn't get any advice on what to do. If I had eaten the nurungji from the beginning, I would have found it, but since the nurungji came out last, I couldn't find it in advance. A big piece of stone like that came out of the food. Even small foreign objects coming out of food can be a problem, but what if a piece of a broken dish comes out?? However, responding in this way is very unreasonable and requires significant service improvement. What would have happened if I had swallowed it and gone to the hospital?

The taste isn't bad! It was a little hectic, but it was nice that they responded in Korean. But I think the service was a little disappointing.

Our goto for spicy tofu soup. I feel that they have downsized a bit throughout the years, but it's still good.

I really enjoy the food each time I visit this place, but I can't help but feel excluded because of the language barrier. Food is great, Galbi and Bulgogi are delicious but my go to is the the Original Soon tofu beef (mild or medium depending on my mood).

The woman at the counter is very unfriendly and has no manners. The food was okay, but I was offended by the way she treated me, so I don't want to go anymore.

Great food, but there's always a very long wait most times. Few vegetarian options.
