Steve is the best! I found out while there that they have their own free parking lot behind the stores. Great selection, clean bakery, friendly people. Will visit them again!

Came here today to get the ZZZ Burnice stand (waited 3 hrs for Anby stand at little tokyo last sunday -_-) and cream puffs, location is far more prepared and complementary than the little tokyo location, employee/owner who was working there was very kind. Will come back.

awesome experience at this beard papa! went for the zzz collab and the owner there was so amazingly enthusiastic and nice. cream puffs were so yummy and the store had all collab items available. no wait or line at noon, def will be coming back for their cream puffs :)

Beard papa’s is a classic for a sweet treat. However, what makes this place special is that the owner took the time to scalping the history and his recommendations which made this experience as sweet as the cream puffs :)

I love their matcha latte. Personally the next one i’ve tried. The owner is so nice and sweet. I immediately recommend the place to my friends. It’s a really nice place and i will be going back to try on their pastries and drinks.

Me and my gf had never had Korean pastries until tonight and let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint because it was delicious. How would we describe it, airy, light, fresh, creamy without it being overbearingly sweet. Definitely would recommend to try we ordered their strawberry eclair and cookies and cream eclair.🙏💯

Called the store to ask about holiday hours and the owner answered the phone. Was so polite and friendly! This location is not the closest to me but if I am ever in the area I will be sure to stop by because service was top notch!

This place doesn’t value the time of customers and delivery person, very rude and felt disrespected by the cashier. Pick up time was 5:02 pm and been waiting up till 5:15 still the food is not ready. Customer had to cancel the orders due to time wait and my time was wasted for nothing. It’s a waste of gas, mileage, time and efforts. Very disappointed.

Not only can you get big stuffed-to-order cream puffs, but you can get them stuffed with ICE CREAM!!!! This BP is a bit tricky to find as it is not at street level. It’s “off” Wilshire in the MaDang courtyard to the lest as you walk up the steps on the first level up. The puff flavor options have increased a lot and include S’mores, Crème Brûlée, Oreo and more. You choose the puff then have it filled with vanilla chocolate or matcha cream. Delicious!! There was a smaller size but the original size is as big as your fist! Super nice owner will also make coffee drinks (even affogato) which goes perfectly w the cream puffs. Great option to take to a dinner party too instead of a cake or other desserts. Oh and fantastic alternative to a dozen donuts as BP opens early.

Best cream puffs shop! The owner was so friendly and sweet, we visited for their 20th’s anniversary celebration, giving out free cream puffs coupons. He explained how to use them, and more options for the best cream! We were about to have just one cream puffs,but we bought one box! We had two green tea with chocolate cream, hazelnut and vanilla! For the espresso, it runs out real quick,since it’s fan favorite! I would like to try next time:)

Right off the bat, they removed the seats they used to have. Sort of sad about that. But otherwise, it's still the same great-tasting Bearded Papa's with their ice cream puffs! On top of that, they do have a couple drinks too. Hey, perfect for the summer! But even then, the cold winter won't stop me from coming here either! ?
