Not very smart people, turn off taking orders during non-working hours

First time here and the guy that helped us was such a vibe! His name was Prince. Great drinks- we tried the taro smoothie, mange smoothie, Banana Milk Tea, and the super fancy coconut water. That banana milk tea was easily the best I’ve ever had- not overly sweet and real banana, not that fake syrupy stuff. Will definitely be back!

Such a horrible area wow, homeless and bums. Literally had the worst experience imaginable here.
literally don’t know how this place is running. Waited almost an hour for my order to leave empty handed. I wish I can genuinely give 0 stars.
Show up- worker can’t figure out how to work the monitor for me to order. Tried to figure it out- can’t. Takes my order in the meantime. - still can’t figure out machine after 15 min. My drink is ready after 20 min- the worker asks me if I want boba in there- I respond- ummm? Yes. I ordered boba. Surprise! After 30 minutes of waiting he tells me they Ran out of boba and if I want to have boba added to the tea I have to wait an additional 30 min. I literally looked at him in disbelief. I’ve never seen this level of unintelligence. Well, since I already waiting over 30 min, I said I don’t mind waiting for the boba to be ready for 30 more. (Total one hour)
*drum roll please* he makes me wait at least 20 more minutes and tells me he can’t fulfill my order. Lolllll pay me for my time and energy back please. This place will shut down in no time. DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP OF THE CUTE CUPS- ITS DEAD, NOBODY GOES HERE, AND THERES A REASON THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS!

I placed a pick up order thru Uber of 6 items 2 milk tea 2 taro and 2 mango smoothie. I just opened 2 and took a sip. Honestly couldn’t take another one as it’s saccharine. Sweet to a sickening degree. I would never ever go even close to this store. All money in the garbage

I wasn't sure it was the correct place when looking from the outside but when I opened the door I had no doubt about it!

The original milk tea is delicious and exactly what I wanted. I'm very grateful because the manager offered it to me because the machine wasn't working today.

I met 3 of the staff and they were all very friendly

Bella was really sweet and made sure to ask if I wanted almond milk or half and half,l with my Thai tea, which I appreciated since it’s typically dairy and I’m lactose intolerant :-) Thai tea was great and also the bear cups that they come in are SOO

Drinks were too sweet, and there was no option to customize the ice or sugar. Only one girl was working, and the store itself was super dark.

Hello this restaurant is really nice but I had a big mousquito in my ears so I couldn’t enjoy it
But the restaurant is still very cute and the food very good even If I have a big spider in the mouth and I cannot eat boba

This place was really great! The decor is super cute and so were the drinks! I got to keep the bear cup my drink was served in which was really cute. Service was good too, but nothing out of the ordinary. The boba was cooked to perfection! Overall 11/10! Would visit again. :-)

I have passed by this boba tea spot oh so many times. Yet, the adorable name and concept sparked my interest whenever I would be in Hollywood. When my previous coworker, Phia S and I met up in LA as a halfway point between Santa Barbara and Orange County. I suggested a pre-dinner snack... Sure enough, Bearology came to mind.Conveniently off Cahuenga and Hollywood Blvd, you can't miss the signage. Upon entering, you think you had entered Barbieland. Pink, pink, pink all around! Thankfully it was nicely done to where you didn't feel as if you were in a Pepto-Bismol factory. Every which way is quite Instaworthy.Step up to the register and take a peek at the Not-So-Secret Menu for new, current creations. The menu alone has a large variety of drinks including Milk Teas and Coffees, Smoothies and Slushies, Iced Teas and Lemonades, and Shimmering Drinks (no idea what the latter is). I knew I wanted a simple iced drink with boba on this warm summer day. The employee helped me decide; plus there are stars next to the most popular drinks to help you narrow down the choice. I ordered the Mango Peach Lemonade Tea plus boba. It was truly perfect: fruity with slight acidity and bitterness of tea. Of course, you can't help but love the adorable plastic Bear jar your drink is served in. They supply a thick boba straw to puncture the protective layer of the cover. If you return with your bear jar, they give you 10% off your order. My one small complaint is there was no garbage or recycling bin; only a mini bear trash can on the counter for small items (i.e. straw wrapper and not much else). Otherwise, highly recommended!

Really chill spot for a date, and milk teas are good. Service is great, and they have reusable mason jars! I got the banana milk tea & a mango berry green tea. Bearology ate .

Dietary restrictions: Got milk tea, was made with non dairy so great option.

Parking: Street parking is tough, but so worth it. Also a lot of places to check out in the area.
