A superb dining experience. The bronzing, broccolini, and potatoes were delicious. Poke tacos are unmatched. Our server , Nicole, was the best. So friendly and knowledgeable. One of the best ever!

My wife and I were so excited to come here when we were visiting from Chicago. Unfortunately though that’s where the excitement ended. We got different menus. Our first dish came out cold. They forgot about our second appetizer until we reminded them. We were never asked what we wanted for our main course. And only got one drink in an hour. After asking to speak to someone, the manager stopped by the table and legit said, “Sorry, what seemed to happen is that we forgot about you.” The food we did happen to get was good; however, the server seemed more interested in attending to his friends at the table next to us than providing us a halfway decent experience. They comped us our food which was nice but not until after we spoke to a manager.I’ll stick to the Midwest charm. We have better food anyway.

1st time here. Came for my anniversary the food was delicious and the staff great. The dessert wheel was so good. Sucks to here they'll be closing business March 29th ? will try to good back before then.

The food was good, but unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. Arrived 5 minutes before our reservation but got seated an entire hour late. The waitress seemed nice but after our first order of food came we could not get her attention. We only got more food/drinks by flagging down someone else working there. We would've ordered more but then even that order was taking forever until we finally asked to cancel it if it wasn't on its way. Even took 20-30 minutes to get the bill after the restaurant was emptying so it shouldn't have been too busy. We were so late to where we planned to go after that I missed out on getting my Tao rewards to avoid getting stuck there even longer.

It took 15-20 minutes for anyone to take our order, and then our server was MIA for most of the meal. Fortunately, the food was very good. We had the kale & apple salad, the cauliflower Bolognese and the scallops. There was a lot of rice with the scallops, which made the dish seem larger than it really was (only 3 scallops), but the scallops were perfectly seared. The Bolognese is a fettuccine dish with cauliflower as a replacement meat. Couldn't really taste the cauliflower but it was still very good. We had the chocolate peanut butter cake for dessert and that was delicious. Service needs improvement for me to want to go back.

I’ve heard nothing but great things about this spot and it lived up to the high expectations. The entry way with all the vintage/memorabilia items is a really nice touch. The Notorious BIG action figure is a great piece.I started with a dozen oysters, their classic thick cut fillet, broccolini, grilled cheese, smoked bacon & tomato soup dumplings, crispy prawns and their Burlesque show old fashion. The oysters tasted very fresh and the sauces with grated horseradish were great additions. The broccolini was delicious. The dumplings were really good and my favorite of the bunch. The crispy prawns were seasoned just right and delicious. I ended up eating the whole shrimp, shell and all.The thick cut fillet at medium rare was delicious. Cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. It was very tender and flavorful. The drink complimented the meal & it was an overall great dining experience. The customer service was excellent and I’d definitely come back here again. The ambience is very dark but welcoming. The decor is excellent and it a a very “instagramable” spot. Parking can be difficult and with limited street parking.

To our bartender, Justin was outstanding. We waited about 25 minutes after our check-in time to get seated. Once we got seated, we were greeted by our guy that pours our water. I don't know what you call him, but he was exceptionally our server was pretty good being that our food took about 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get after we ordered but he advised that there will be closing in two weeks so that's why everything was taken a little bit longer than usual but overall, I would be back if this place was still gonna be open in two weeks, but other than that I'll see what else is around Hollywood.

First time eating in B&E. We were able to get a Friday night reservation that evening though the restaurant seemed very busy. A reservation seems essential. The restaurant was very loud with a raucous crowd. Service was good enough, and the drinks and food arrived reasonably quickly. All the food was very good (the butter that came with the baguette was particularly enjoyable). It was a very reasonable value given the location.

Great food in a very pretty ( if not a little dark) space. The social media influencers and their lighting accoutrements added to the already excruciatingly loud atmosphere. Too bad.

Went there yesterday as a first timer with my bf . The food was amazing . So tasty and delicious. Customer service was excellent. We can not wait to go back soon!! If you end up going here , get the thai shrimp , and the grilled cheese dumplings as appetizers . It's so good .

Overpriced, overrated and overhyped. Food wasn't very good for the prices they charge. the place was too dark and the seating uncomfortable as well as very understaffed. Took a long timne getting out certain orders.

I always love dining here and the service never fails to be top notch! And of course, the food is consistently incredible! I had never been on a weekday night before, only on a Fri or Sat when it's crowded, so it was quite lovely to enjoy a quieter evening with my dear friend who had never been before. :)
