I attended a comedy show birthday party. The show was great. The people in the audience weren't comedy show ready. The place looked like it was great for food but not a stage show. I had a great time but I always make my life fun.

Straight up scam. Nice atmosphere, but not actually BeerleJuice themed. Site claimed to be adult oriented yet children are allowed . Had dour drinks and a shot, did not even get remotely drunk. Mashed potatoes and bacon where missing from my meal. No response from the server. Asked about the gift shop was told it was downstairs by the exit. Couldn’t find it. Asked the bartender who said they don’t actually have one and to order online. Everything online is sold out. Was almost able to buy the shirt I wanted in 4 sizes to large. But shoppay refused to ship to any address. Straight up fraud..Is not “immersive” as claimed on the website. The 3 performers where great. But there where only 3 for what our table paid. Not sure why a Brittany Spears song was included. For claiming to like 90’s goth music. The dj certainty never heard any of it. Food was lukewarm.

Exiting place for the Halloween loving crowd. They offer event space for private parties too. The drinks are solid and the bartenders are really quick to get people served. The decor is all Halloween all the time and spookiness comes across when you’re inside. It’s a fun experience and the theme of Halloween all the time is pretty unique.

I paid almost $500 for 2 adults 2 teens and 1 kid. And that was only 1 alcoholic drink we ordered. The food lost its quality from the first time we went a few years ago. It was almost empty and only one guy was performing lame magic tricks 😂😂. Never again!!!! Don't go spend your hard earned money else where.

Such a let down :-( have been a big Tim Burton fan for years so was super excited to experience this place. The food was low quality -just not good :-( I gave it 2 stars because the Beetlejuice drink and pumpkin cheesecake were good. There was some cool art, but was hoping for a Disney type experience, I guess. The performers were talented but was hoping for Sally and Jack -not the Sanderson sisters.

Beetle house in L.A is a spot I would NEVER recommend nor will I ever go again. Terrible service all the way around. We waited for over an hour to be seated. Even though we had reservations. Another hour for the FOOD. The waitress never came back for refills. Another hour for dessert. The FOOD looked nothing like the menu. Don’t get the steaks. Don’t get the Mac and cheese. “Beetle juice” never came out.

I'd give this place a 3.5, the atmosphere is wonderful staff interacts with customers wonderfully,
The issues I had were, it took an exceptionally long time to order and get food. It was about an hour and a half to get our meal, luckily and probably by design the entertainment compensated for this. Some of the items on the menu weren't available. Lastly, which was in my opinion the worst part was when dinner came it took about 10-15 minutes to get everyone their dish and the food was cold or under cooked.

This place had a lot of promise. Great location, deceptive reviews, and the menu looked good.
The actors were OK, but not fantastic.
The food is hugely over priced, bulk cooked off site, and reheated.
The service was atrocious. We had plates piling up at desert.
Honestly, I would skip this place. Cost $450+ for 2 adults and 2 kids, with not bottomless soda and a few beers.

If you're looking for an all-year-round Halloween experience that’s simply unbeatable, look no further, This place is a thrilling dock where the spooky spirit never fades. The performances by the artists are nothing short of mesmerizing; they truly put on a show that will leave you on the edge of your seat.
Bring the family for an unforgettable evening filled with jaw-dropping acts and delicious food that caters to all tastes. But the real magic happens after 11 PM when the atmosphere transforms into a dynamic nightclub, Gather your friends and get ready to dance the night away in a uniquely vibrant ambiance that combines the excitement of Halloween with a fantastic party vibe.
Little pricey, ah bit more than little, ah haha just realized it's Hollywood.

The razor for the Sweeney beef had pieces of paint missing. It was too dark to tell, but I'm sure I ate some paint. Also, the service and performances have gone downhill significantly with the new location. The last 3 times the waitresses have been rude.
