Our kids spit out a wood rope from the berryberry extraordinary flavour scoop. And the staff told me it happens sometimes and it’s normal without saying sorry. Can’t believe this happened at Ben&jerry’s.

Great time coming here while on vacation. I came to this small Ben & Jerry's ice cream shoppe across from the beach. Amazing views, but like I mentioned it's on the smaller side. The staff is friendly, but they do get overwhelmed because of the floods of foot traffic coming from the strip. There was 4 of us and several other people all coming in at the same time, the line was heading out the door. It took some time to get our order in and we had to repeat it a few times. But when they made it, it came out perfectly. There is seating outside, paced below and once again the views and vibes are amazing.I would definitely come back here though, no questions at all.

I'm a local and this Ben+Jerry's is the only spot+groundwork's where I drop in on the boardwalk for a diary-FREE cookie dough shake. I walked over from running errands on the boardwalk and dude on a bike Antonio was hollering, Ben+Jerry's saved me lol.What's Not to LOVE? Ocean-views, yummy shakes, excellent customer service ladies. Oh and a stone's throw from the Venice-sign as well. And the thing I really enjoy: listing the calorie count! You can decide how good, or how bad ya wanna be. And I just skipped a meal and had this shake. I took my shake and continued on my pleasant stroll over to small world books, scanned the area for Antonio was in the clear, and off I went! This is what happens when you don't bring your tall, sweet dog on errands. Will be back for another diary-free shake ladies, gonna wait for the rain to clear. Thanks!

This is a local spot for us and we are leaving this location for the THIRD time in a row because they've been closed before their hours. Sure, it's not as busy over there this time of year but update the hours then! We had an intuition this evening and called ahead. The employee said 6:30-7 closing time, odd but okay we are on our way. 6:12pm it's closed down. Do better please.
