I was pretty disappointed in this place. Stopped in with a friend after being incredibly hungry. I ordered a sandwich and it was made of low quality packaged ingredients from the grocery store. The meat for the sandwich is packaged and processed so the flavor wasn't there. The parfait was also watery and bland. I would skip the food at this place. It's the only clean and decent little spot to grab food on the street that's convenient but it extremely overpriced for what you get. Please upgrade the quality of ingredients because it's definitely not worth it. Staff is friendly so I gave it two stars.

What a hidden gem in DTLA! I got a peach mango iced tea and an almond pastry and both were really good. I really like the general atmosphere of this place. It's really spacious and has plenty of seating. There's even outdoor seating and an upstairs space where you can get a lot of work done. Support small businesses and check this place out!

Thankful a coworker put me on this spot! Their iced chai is delicious!! My only wish is that it came in a large but still perfection! Very cute interior, generous seating, sweet staff! I come several times a week & im always satisfied! They sell bread muffins sandwiches & a variety of coffee & non coffee beverages.

I love Ben N Lin! Their drinks were all amazing and I had a great time just working upstairs in their loft. It's a very peaceful environment in the middle of a bustling DTLA. The service at the counter is also one of the best I've ever encountered at any coffee shop. Every food item is fresh! I'm also a latte lover, and their latte flavors are all really unique. Truly recommend making this a regular place to quickly pick up or relax with a drink and a bite to eat.

This place is great! Little cafe tucked into the corner. The barista couldn’t have been sweeter and the coffee is top notch! Try a delgona with a scoop of matcha! You won’t be sorry!

Love this place SO much! I've had a lot of disappointing coffee while visiting LA, especially when it comes to specialty drinks. I tried their iced matcha latte, iced americano, and cream latte, and I have to say that these were some of the best drinks I've had in LA -- the sweetness on the specialty drinks is perfect, and none of the gross aftertaste that cheap syrup leaves in your mouth. I honestly can't stop thinking about their cream latte, I think I'd want one every day if I lived here. On top of that, the service is fast, staff are super friendly, the space is clean and cute, and there's a perfect amount of ambient noise that makes it a great space to sit and chat, but also to do work or read a book. Plenty of bakery items to choose from as well. Definitely a hidden gem and I would highly recommend stopping by!
