Was there last Saturday with my mother and 2 kids. The young men working there didn’t crack a smile once. Not that I cared. The one getting our ice cream…. instead of handing each cone to us as he went along, he decided to keep the cones in his hand and get our full order (????). Never once have I experienced this in an ice cream shop. Then he told us to meet him at the register. When we did, he was holding 3 cones with one hand and a cup of ice cream with the other. Some of the cones were upside down and melting already due to heat. After paying he gave them to us. Two cones were broken at the bottom but we realized once we had walked away from establishment. And smallest one scoop ice cream ever!!! For the price, especially! Overall, horrible service and just overall odd ice cream shop. Please tell your staff they’re supposed to hand cone over to each customer once it is scooped, not keep it until they finish with the whole family. It’s unhygienic, starts to melt while staff is holding it and it breaks the cones as they’re held and smashed together!!!
Over priced and trappy. My eight year old was cut off after the 3rd sample.
Not caring for a customer. So terrible service!
Somewhat disappointed. Cute place. Nice guys working. Expensive ice cream that didn’t pack much flavor. The waffle cone is good. Overall not much of the wow factor.
Bennett’s Ice Cream delivers an indulgent experience that blends tradition with exceptional flavor. Opting for the Bennett Crunch Bar with peanuts turned out to be a fantastic choice. Each bite was a delightful balance of textures—creamy, rich ice cream encased in a crisp chocolate shell with the added crunch of fresh peanuts. The flavors were bold and well-defined: the chocolate provided a decadent sweetness that complemented the smooth, velvety ice cream within, while the peanuts added an irresistible nutty contrast. The freshness was undeniable, with the ingredients tasting as if they had been selected and prepared with the utmost care.
Beyond the excellent quality of the treat itself, the service at Bennett’s Ice Cream was equally impressive. The cashier was attentive, friendly, and ready to assist, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish. With no unnecessary delays, the order was promptly taken and served, allowing for a seamless and enjoyable visit.
Ice cream was delish but the man who serviced us told me the total was $12.50. I handed him my credit card and when I asked for a receipt he seemed annoyed. I checked the receipt and he actually charged my $13 and pocketed the .50.
That was the tiniest scoop of ice cream I ever received in my life especially for the price and I been to many places around the world. It’s borderline disrespectful. Just keep robbing the tourist that come here I suppose. As a local in the area I will never give this place another try again. Go to Philly for real ice cream experience and Italian water ices
Just the right amount of ice cream in this mini !!!
VERY pleasant attendant at the walk-up counter. Greeted us with enthusiasm. Located inside the Original Farmer's Market in Los Angeles, you just can't beat the price and the ice cream! Keep up the good work.

Extremely rude staff. $14 for a single scoop and a fountain soda. Wouldn’t give a soda refill unless I paid $5. Wouldn’t provide a water cup

The soft serve tastes like old ice in your mom’s fridge. The ice cream is kinda bad too. $7 for a tiny scoop. I don’t think I will ever come back.
