Deceitful about slow service. Told me quick 8 minutes to get my pizza. Half hour later they didn’t even start preparing it and I’m standing around waiting aimlessly. Time wasters. Not cool.

Bunch of rude men hanging outside nightly. Food is the worst. Restaurant is always empty. It’s in a rundown strip mall. They get mad when you park in front. Maybe find a different location that isn’t next to a Wendy’s or a nail salon.

I got the lobster pizza. I had to have them remake it because they brought me a soggy pizza and it was my birthday. Overall the atmosphere was good. And the pizza was good after they made it over. But I do feel the crust should be thicker since it does has sauce that goes on top

Nothing beats receiving the wrong pizza than receiving the MOST DISGUSTING WRONG🤢 pizza. After my mozza order was stolen by by the ubuer delivery driver I and order cancelled I ordered a pepperoni pizza from Berri’s. In total I waited over 3 hours to eat today. Guess what comes in my delivery- a disgusting, salty monstrosity of bacon and black olives and I think eggs??? I could forgive getting a margarita or a veggie or mushroom pizza in place of a pepperoni- but a bacon and black olives pizza???? How dare you @berri’s. This is why nobody goes out to eat or orders anymore. I’m done with you and Uber Eats. I’m gonna go throw up. Attaching receipt and photos.

I really enjoyed my experience at berri’s pizza. Food was great + a really good atmosphere. My bf and I went late Thursday night, our server was amazing!

I don’t understand the part where you charged 20% gratuity …when you get the check, it still has a tip space. instead of saying additional tip. Very misleading. I think the menu should say every table gets Gratuity…. as a server for 32 years usually this happens with big parties six or more. Don’t Know how I missed this I’ve been getting these pizzas since they were on third Street… I will not be returning. I guess. I gotta learn how to make this at home.!!! I hate feeling played. Maybe he didn’t think I would tip.

The team is very attentive and serious, they are exemplary in their professionalism, not forgetting the owner Raphaël, who is always there for the little details and takes care of his customers.

The $50 “lobster pizza” was actually just shrimp, which felt misleading. We were also overcharged and automatically given a 20% tip, even though we were a party of fewer than three—tipping should be at the customer’s discretion. The service was disappointing, far below expectations, and honestly felt like a fast food experience. It’s not the same quality as the old location on 3rd street. And charging $20 for a fries just isn’t justified.
