I purchased a plain bagel with cream cheese. First of all the man tried to give me a burned bagel, I refused, he made another one & the amount of cream cheese that he put on the bagel was a joke. The bagel was dry, very little cream cheese & &4.00. Went to Winchells donuts, purchased a bagel of my choice & that bagel had enough cream cheese for another bagel. The man is also rude & he does not care for people of color but he’s in our neighborhood & ripping us off. All of his items are overpriced. Exhibit 1, Winchells, 2 best donuts.

Then I tell him I’m calling the health dpt he says I don’t care go ahead.. filthy donuts plus it wasn’t even good I never had a dry donut that’s crazy I almost choked throwing it

The service was bad all together. The lady behind the counter was rude the donuts must have been old. I ordered an apple fritter and she gave me a broken donut with a cup of warm coffee and rushed me out of the way before my wife can get her change which was only twenty five cents. Then she told my wife that she gave her a quarter in the five nickels she gave in change. She gave us attitudes and told us to go out her donut shop. Don't go there unless you want your stomach hurting for a couple of days.

Asked for no boba and they still gave me boba and said to just use a small straw. They don't know if I'm allergic or have problems digesting things in boba.If they are careless about stuff like this, what other stuff have they've been careless about??

Horrible service, I ordered a smoothie but saw there was a juice menu asked for the juice instead and said I would pay the difference. The guy in there was so rude and was arguing with about juice he put in the blender saying he already made the smoothie. Bad customer service.

It had been quite a while since I was last here but the quality is still great. I went for a toast & butter and tiramisu and my favourite was definitely the latter. It's basically a coffee enhanced Boston cream but so good. Both of the donuts tasted very fresh. I should also point out the covid related ordering process is spot on - I love the 'order booth'.
