Privately owned small business with polite employees conducting a brisk takeout business, always a good sign. Wings and fries cooked to order and hot, so a minor delay that was worth it.

Such a gem in a LA downtown!! Food is delicious and Boba are amazing! It is one of those places you nearly miss, but I am glad we didn’t. We ordered half pound dose of lemon honey barbecue wings. The food is generous and tasty. Everything is very clean and you have everything at your disposal: cutlery, napkins, fresh wipes, and to go boxes.

First time here and it did not disappoint. The wings are fire, the food is so good and filling. If you love flavor, this is where you need to eat. Hospitality was great. I highly highly recommend coming to better Pound wings

The drinks are mid don't recommend for its price. All the teas are already made kept outside In metal containers as well as the mixed syrup flavors they use.

Stopped here while on tour with my son and nephew and the food here was mind blowing. Best chicken I have ever had. What a great surprise it was.

Wow! I recently discovered a new wing place near my work and decided to order lunch for myself and my co-workers. I called in the order and spoke with someone who seemed pretty nice. After placing the order, he gave me the total and estimated time for pickup, and I told him I’d be there in 20 minutes. However, after I hung up, I realized he hadn’t asked for my name or any details to identify the order.

When I arrived to pick up the food, I noticed the restaurant was empty, likely because of Labor Day. I spoke to a young man who informed me that there was no order in the system and asked if I wanted to place one. I was shocked and disappointed. The person who took my phone order eventually came out from the back and claimed he was really busy and did not place my order, even though there was no one else there. When I asked about my order, he said that I had hung up the phone too soon which was not true. Frustrated, I was asked if I wanted to place the order again, but by that time, my lunch break was almost over, so I had to leave without anything and upset of the lack of professionalism.
