First time coming to this place. I have been wanting to try the food in forever till I passed by and finally saw it was open. Wow, I must say it was worth it. Wow, delicious smash burger. I also order garlic fries they were on point. The only negative is the Fries we not fried unless I have to ask for them to be fries or well done but the flavors were on point for sure. I did enjoy the garlic fries, just the fries were not churchy. Going back next time to try the bbq can't wait

They weren’t doing burgers when I went, so I got a plate: brisket/beans/mac salad. Brisket was out of this world. I’m not even a fan of mac salad, but I still ate this one right up. Beans were a little on the salty side but that was easy to overlook that because they were SO good.Oh and portions are excellent. Well worth what I’d say is an extremely fair price for the quality and amount of food. For $15 I could’ve easily saved half for lunch tomorrow, except I was just enjoying it too much to do that, and ate way too much instead :-D

Big Ants is a great little hole in the wall in a little shack in a strip mall in KoreaTown. They changed the name and menu to Burgers then changed back to BBQ. Not sure why they can't do both. The Double Smash Burger w/cheese was the Bomb! This trip I had to settle for a Chicken plate w/two side and a delicious cornbread square for $16 bucks. The chicken was great and the baked beans and slaw were perfect. And the music playlist was off the chain. I had to stay a little longer to see who was up next.

Let me preface this by saying that I am simple guy when it comes to burgers. That being said the burger was good, I would have preferred mine without pickle and mayo but as stated earlier I'm a basic guy. The brisket was very good. Unfortunately there is no bbq. The owner said that he is working on bringing it back within the next 1-2 months. He was very polite and took my order with no problem. I asked for the brisket on the side but ended up on the burger. Which is fine, would have preferred to be on the side so that I may try them both separately. The setting here is Korea town, and there are benches for you to sit on and there is also music being played. I payed 26.28 for the double brisket smash burger with fries and a coke. Pretty standard for LA. Come on by and try it for yourself.

Great smash burgers. Been wanting to try this spot since their is no more bbq ? i decided to go give the burger a try, ordered a single as i wasn’t that hungry I must say its a pretty good burger. I will definitely stop by for two patties next time. Might just have to try the chili burger as well. What i liked about it is the buttered brioche bun and the seared burger patty now that baseball season has started i will pick some burgers ? up when i don’t want to fire up the grill but still want to fill that void. Not even kidding, this is the best smash burger I've ever had the pleasure of pushing down my neck. I ate it so fast, which was kind of a mistake, because I should have enjoyed it longer. I wouldn't be surprised if my fiancés burger got her pregnant. It's that good. Love the shack vibe and murals on the exterior. They got benches now too so you can eat outside instead of the car. These can get messy!Big Ant is the friendliest dude in addition to being a mutha effin grill master. He's killing the burger game. Gonna keep on coming here. You should too!!
