Just purchased a medium pizza to go, i saw they had the cheese shakers on the table so after receiving my pizza I went to sprinkle some on & the employee who I assume was the manager, started yelling across the restaurant about how that wasn’t nice ? I paid for my pizza, & the cheese and pepper shakers are there for paying customers to use. No wonder its been empty in there for the past few months. Terrible customer service.

I placed my order a bit late. I was one of the last orders, and when I picked up, I forgot to check my order. When I got home, my order was completely wrong it was someone else's order. I called them and was told they couldn't do anything that night to come back the next day. So I showed up next day and I have to say they must have been upset at us for coming back for my corrected order because the pizza barely had any sauce and little bits of cheese was a waste of money coming here they tried to make it all better with a dryed up fake cannelloni which all that food went to the trash I would not give that food to a homeless parson.

Drives me crazy that some specials are only available when ordering online and not calling in, but then online ordering does not have all of the options. For example, anchovies do not exist as a topping when ordering online, but they are if you call in the order.

The pizza is good, but the one in Pasadena has better service. It took a while to even ask about my order, there was only 1 customer ahead of me. The man seemed busy which is understandable, I think he had a lot of phone orders. The salad was good.
