Was told 1hr20min for delivery and 20-25min for pickup, so I did pickup. Came in and they said sorry, 15min. I waited and came back and they hadn’t even started my order. Been waiting at the store for over 30min now and they keep telling people who come in or over the phone that they deeply apologize. Just give a realistic wait time. I picked this place because of the ETA they gave me.

I've been to 6 different BMPP's in the area and this Sunset location is--hands down--the tastiest! Is it the sauce, the water, the hands that make the dough? Not sure, but something mysterious about this location, the no no-nonsense attitude and it's unforgettably delicious pie. I am saddened by this truth bc I moved and now live 40 min away. We always get the Large pizza with mushroom and sausage, and my husband likes the philly cheesesteak sub.

We ordered the bbq chicken and margarita pizza's. They were both delicious. Best margarita pizza I have ever had as a matter of fact. They are a little pricey, but worth it. They also happen to be the pizzeria that brought pizza to the Oscars when Ellen hosted, which is kind of cool. And the staff was nice, quick and friendly.

The gondola pizza was nothing like it should taste like - and it was burned! The worst thing is that the guy didn't let us have the pizza on the store premises, saying that the health department didn't allow it. There were three tables there!

I ordered for pickup and paid online. When I went to pick it up the only guy working there said they were closed (they weren't) and he refused to make my order. He then refused to give me a refund because he "didn't know how" and told me to call the restaurant tomorrow because "the manager will deal with it". When I asked to speak to the manager now (not unreasonable considering they were still open) he said "the managers asleep". They essentially just stole money from me. Avoid.

Worst pizza I have ever had. Very disappointed I spent $20. Learn from my mistake. Very bland, no flavor at all. The pizza was soaked in grease from the pepperoni. You are better off getting a Little Caesars $5 hot n ready pizza. Will not order here again.

We usually order in but decide to go in this time. The place is super small and cute with few tables to sit at. As always the food was really tasty. We got the bbq pizza, the steak fires is a must have. Also you must try the egg gandoals it's so good not I have ever had. The staff is super friendly and nice. There pizza is always super good and fresh I love this spot.
Pizza pizza pie I've had in L.A.. I ate at the hole in the wall place on Sunset Blvd. Great crunch, great taste. I was presently surprised. Highly recommend it. The owner was an oldef gentleman that definitely knows how to make a New York style pizza...

Short and sweet pick up your food from the place and check it if you can....Cause you will get your food a whole lot faster then having them deliver to you Nor do they Honor the time they say the food is gonna be ready. Sad definitely not ordering from here again. La has too many good food place especially pizza joints to settle with a place that doesn't care about the customer time.

Dear pizza shop owner just because your business sends out pizzas for delivery without facing customer doesn't mean you can gyp us on the extra cheese we asked & paid for. I've read other similar reviews on this place about stingy pepperoni action too! Find the right path and repent before it's too late cuz kingdom come is upon us all & you will be questioned before your lord. Good flavor though, keep it up & just reform sirs or mams. Just in case y'all curious about calories that slice of 127g in my pics is 310 calories 33g carb 15g fat 12g protein
