Great food the Blackstone Burger was delicious! Music was a little loud at times for conversation, but didn't need to talk when the food was out.

Love this place! The vibe is so cool, the music is excellent and the food is delicious! But what made our experience even better was George. He’s the manager/bartender and he’s awesome! Great service and fun and personable. I highly recommend this gem of a bar & restaurant!

Pleasantly surprised at change of ownership and new name together with steak just right and great salad dressing. Recommend also if you are in mood for a change: video film clips and contemporary music soundtracks instead of usual sports.

This place is amazing the food hands down best on the planet earth. This is coming from a true Foodie, you won’t know what your missing til you try it. The service was hands down out of this world perfect experience come see for your self

The star is for the service provided by the bartender. The blanks will make sense... When we first arrived there is a sign that instructs you to ring bell for attendant. Well, that proved pointless. Eventually we were told that they were short staffed and to go in and pick a seat. It is very dim and lonely in there. The servers look less than happy or even alive with the exception of the bar tender. He was doing his best to keep what dignity could be offered for the poor quality of long awaited food or substitute of to be served. The rib eye. Wow. Until today we never knew there was a powder that could top a charred piece of maybe meat that would be considered an option for human consumption.... Yet! There it was smothering and hovering over our maybe it's meat maybe it's not rib eye. As for the prime rib.... The more I chewed the more the consumption retook form to a whole and I could not force it down. I literally hurt myself!. We also cancelled our salad and a soda order from the bill because we'll... it never arrived. One employee almost made me fear asking for silverware 7 minutes after our atrocities arrived yet it had to be done. The party of 5 across from us seemed to have the same reactive faces at least from what we could see in the dark. Billings was an awesome place to enjoy good food in a friendly environment. What remains is just disappointment.

Wish I had read reviews instead of just looking at overall rating. Didn't complain because I thought it was the same neighborhood restaurant that's been there for decades that was falling on hard times and I felt bad for them. Saw in other reviews that's not the case. Ordered prime rib and filet. Neither cuts of meat looked quite right. Both were overcooked. No jus or horseradish given. My broccoli was cold in spots which makes me think it wasn't microwaved long enough. Mashed potatoes were gluey. Service was fine. But I should have gone to Sizzlers. Could have saved a lot of money and would have had a better meal.

If you are looking for your old familiar steak house, with memories of your favorite dishes, you'll be disappointed. FYI, the wedge salad is gone. You can order it from the menu, but you don't know till it arrives that it is some other chopped salad and not the famous wedge. It seemed there was only one waiter assigned to the entire floor and after studying the menu and excited for our favorites, we found that the items we chose weren't available so we had to settle, and were ultimately dissatisfied. Having Burger B**** in same building is confusing and obvious to this dinee there in lies their focus, and not on us loyal Billingsley's diners. May or not ever try again to see if they've gotten it together yet. We miss you Billingsley's!

I hope this place gets better, the service was slow due to new staff being trained, the plates came out cold to the table but the cocktails were good ! I think it was way over priced for this type service and food.

Well, here it is, 2022 and their prime rib was questionable, served with instant mash potatoes, no Au Jus, no horseradish, no bread, no garlic bread....the broccoli was good....dinner was challenging. They ran out of baked potatoes...all for $42! Menu said "angel hair pasta with beef Bolognese sauce and it came to the table in a huge bowl with the thickest spaghetti noodles I have ever seen and probably 1/2 cup of sauce! Honestly, no clue as to what has happened to restaurants these days. This used to be an excellent restaurant. The waitress and bartender were very nice, but something tells me the owner doesn't care. It is now called Burger B**** and the burgers actually look tasty, but we are not sure if we are going back there.

After a short wait, we were seated in this very busy restaurant. Great selection of dishes which were all excellent although I would probably pass on the fried yucca! The service was good and would recommend this reasonably priced restaurant.

This is no longer Billingsley's! New food, new menu, new cooks... Fake pics on the Billingsleys website. We ordered a ribeye, new york steak, and the prime rib. All three were heavily drenched in " carne asada" seasoning. Gross tasting. The rib eye was a thick cut of flank meat.. the prime rib looked like nothing Iv'e ever seen. We were reimbursed for the prime rib. We definitely will not be back. Take a look at the grossest prime rib ever served!

Expect foods to be very American. Besides THAT There was no customers but it took extra waiting time for foods to be served. But if you just want to grab foods may be not a bad idea.

This is not the old Billingsleys Restaurant, it’s owned by a restaurant group called Byte to Bite. The fish tanks are gone and the decor is less dated. They still have a full bar. The menu has a few choices in each category. We got the Roasted Artichoke and Crispy Brussels Sprouts to start. Both were very enjoyable. We got the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich which was great and very filling, we got the Three Cheese Burger with a fondue of the three cheeses, very good and very rich. The Cedar Plank Salmon was a bit too salty and the onion relish on top was not a good compliment to the dish. We also got the New York Strip Steak which was perfectly cooked and the mashed potatoes and broccoli were excellent. For dessert we got the brownie and it was delicious. The House Blend Wine is a good value and a very good wine. Our server was very capable and accommodating without being intrusive. We will definitely be back. There is nowhere right now where you can see the menu online and I realize that I could have photographed it but I am just realizing that now. The prices are very reasonable for the area and the quality. Well worth a look.

Not the old Billingsley’s. No green goddess salad. Prime rib was really bad. Not sure if they’re going for a blackened rub, which isn’t mentioned on the menu, but whatever it was made the steak inedible. Black crust that tasted like burnt chili powder. Ordered medium and it came well done and cold. My side loaded potato, also cold, came with butter, chives and cheese. No bacon or sour cream. Side salad came with no dressing. When I asked for the potato toppings and dressing I waited 10 minutes and had to ask another server to find what I had asked for. They’re still operating as a delivery ghost kitchen for multiple brands and clearly the line cooks are incapable of cooking basic steaks at the proper temperature. One star for the kitchen manager coming to the table to listen to our issues and comp’ng my meal and my sons. Hopefully they can improve.
