Second time here because the first time I went, I got the French toast which was actually pretty good, however, classifying a French toast plate as a meal for $17.50 with only a piece of meat to go with it is actually crazy. The second time I went, I tried the steak breakfast burrito, which despite the aesthetics of the photo attached, would’ve been much better without the steak as the steak is very low quality and basically little meat and nothing but fat and gristle. Furthermore, my husband‘s pancakes this morning were ultimately undesirable. I mean, we make better pancakes at home. It taste like nothing or better yet like cardboard. We had to kind of holler to the back upon waiting at the cashier to get some service. A word of advice, add some eggs to the French toast “meal” and perhaps some breakfast potatoes or hash-browns then it’ll be worth $17.50. Not just bread and meat. Also, better choices of steak meat would be nice.

Really not worth the money. The food is very pricey ($20 for a 2-egg breakfast plate) for what it is, both in terms of quality and quantity. The atmosphere is okay but nothing special. You’d likely be able to get better food and drinks for cheaper elsewhere.

Cute shop I am learning that everything in L.A. is overly priced so be prepared to spend a pretty penny. Blended Matcha was creamy. The flavor of the matcha was bland so I am lead to believe they use basic matcha powder vs the powders used to make blended drinks.

This place has some of the best breakfast burritos, the price is okay for the amount of food you get, they have a nice out door seating area and the place itself is very clean. The workers are very friendly and are nice about explaining the different options on the menu. I will definitely continue to come her for breakfast.

Great place to come and grab some breakfast and some lunch. Their chicken wings are absolutely delicious. I had the chicken wings and the truffle fries. My friend had a chicken Caesar salad and that was absolutely delicious. I recommend this place highly. The people that worked there were very courteous and great service.

The service was really good but the food and drinks specially the iced matcha are a type of nasty You can not imagine it's very sweet like a drink for kids but in a very very Bad nasty way like a free chocolate milk from a cereal pack and this was yet worse... It's a shame that this coffe shop started with coffes and now it's this, My daughter and her boyfriend were going to get their lunch and once they took that first sip of the drink they knew it was a NO NO and NO...

Honestly this is probably the worst coffee experience I’ve had in a long time. I waited for over half an hour for a cup of coffee… to learn that they put it in the Togo section. They let the ice coffee sit and melt the entire time. I would save yourself the money and go literally anywhere else.

The spicy chicken sandwich is the best. I come gor my fix twice a week. Since I'm here all the time, I thought I should leave a good review. You never disappoint Bird Nest!

I’ve been a loyal regular for the past 2 years. Both at this location and the one at Olive. I have noticed an immense decline of quality. From all sorts of inconsistencies to lack of attention to detail. The fries are always changing, the portions have gotten way smaller, the chicken is 100% frozen (due to the toughness), plus the lattes are just sad now. Sometimes I don’t even see the crema of the espresso. That only makes me question what beans they’re using. I like a good breakfast, but I can’t even get the same hotlink each time. Also, and this goes to both locations: why are they always running out of stuff? There’s been times where i don’t even get what I want. It’s just not the same. Surely it was change of ownership; so it’s just a situation only the owner can change if they even bother to decide to listen to this review plus the other immensely negative ones I’ve seen scrolling down.
