Their birria tacos are insanely good — perfectly juicy with crispy edges. I usually get the combo with consommé on the side, and it never disappoints. The food truck is clean and well-run. Service is quick, even during busy hours. It’s cash only, so come prepared.
Foods always good. I usually get the Quesadilla and lately ive gotten more into the burrito. My girlfriend and I love the mix of flavors. Tge rice is nice and fluffy. Their Birria tastes delicious. Tons of flavor.
I've seen this place change radically. Aesthetics and food quality.
Bottom line is the food is incredibly delicious here. Regardless of what birria options/style/plate you choose, it will be delicious nonetheless.
Why the 4 stars?
A small drawback has been that lately their hot sauce has dropped in quality. It's less tasty, almost as if it's getting watered down or something. A bigger issue for me has been the inconsistent...
Bottom line is the food is incredibly delicious here. Regardless of what birria options/style/plate you choose, it will be delicious nonetheless.
