$20 for a basic burger? $23 for a mediocre personal pizza? $18 for a pre-made fridge-stored chicken wrap? Homie just go to the Carl’s Jr down the street. Not even stadiums charge that much what is wrong with them.

The Asian girl at the counter was very rude and she blocked off the register when it was open so she can look at her phone

A very convenient bistro runs 24 everyday. Decent selection of food and has two microwaves for the hotel guests to warm up personal food

The first time I ordered a sandwich and waited for it for atleast 30 mins then I went to check if it’s ready but the counter staff forgot to inform kitchen about my order… again I have to wait
The second day I ordered a vegetable curry rice and found a hair in it..
They charge you so much but is unhygienic.. I have spent more than 40 USD and got a bad experience.. Not recommending

The burger and chips combo is $22, and that’s not even the most expensive part. Most expensive thing was the amount of time I wasted in this place.

The prime rib is to die for!! The staff is wonderful. Couldn't have asked for a better evening! They went out of their way to sing Happy Birthday and bring my sister a dessert that was beautifully displayed. Price was more than reasonable for the quality, ambiance, and overall experience. Would highly recommend!!
I would not encourage eating here unless you have to which was my case. My order was incorrectly made three times and I had to go back and ask them to remake it and was met with a “well I didn’t hear you say that.”
When I did get my order it was just gross. It’s also incredibly expensive for the frozen quality food being reheated that you get. The price is astronomical…For what a coffee and sandwich will cost - go across the lobby to the buffet. It’s only a few dollars more and the options are much better!
The only (& I truly mean only) convenience is that it’s open 24 hours and if you are extremely tired it’s right there but there are places that you can easily walk to for better food/service at a much more reasonable price.

The food is excellent. The service is outstanding. The only thing I was not crazy about was the music. It was pop rock and a bit too jarring for the ambiance of the restaurant which is beautiful. Also, it's pricey but the quality is fantastic so I would definitely dine there again. Highly recommend!
Menu price was incorrect. I paid $24 for a salmon teriyaki but the menu indicates $23. I explained this to the cashier but she charged $24 anyway. Also they only have plastic utensils, which is a violation of Los Angeles city ordinances. This place can do better.

Very expensive for what they offer, the pizza is the only redeeming feature of that place.

I got the curry veggies and rice. It was yuck! No flavor at all. It was not worth $17.00.

Look, this is the quick eats / grab-n-go "restaurant" at the LAX Hilton. Open 24 hours a day. Convenient in that way, but expect to pay a premium for the convenience. When you're tired and don't want to leave the hotel, it's fine. But you may be better serv6 stepping outside to the Carls Jr or Denny's across the street.

The service was extremely rude, especially from the manager. It's disappointing for the hotel to employ someone with such behavior.
