Bite Catering absolutely crushed it at our company’s casino-themed party. From start to finish, the food felt thoughtful, elevated, and perfectly matched to the energy of the night. Working with their CEO, Elizabeth was a delight as she worked hard to help me create the perfect menu for the event.

The passed appetizers were instant crowd-pleasers—the chicken cigars were dangerously good, the seared ahi tuna was fresh and beautifully presented, and the wagyu bites were a total showstopper. People were literally tracking down servers for seconds (and thirds).

The stations took things to another level. The pasta station was a hit with everyone, the Vegas carvery felt indulgent and on-theme in the best way, and the dim sum station added a fun, unexpected twist that guests kept talking about. It struck that perfect balance between comfort, flair, and “wow” factor—exactly what you want at a casino party.

If I had to offer one small note for creative rework, it would be the tacos and tamales station—and that’s probably my Los Angeles roots talking. They were solid, but in a city where tacos and tamales are basically a competitive sport, that section just didn’t quite hit the same high bar as the rest of the menu.

That said, overall Bite Catering delivered an exceptional experience: great food, great service, great flow, and a menu that felt curated rather than generic. Our guests are still talking about it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again for a big, high-energy event. 🎲✨

Bite Couture catered our parents 70th anniversary celebration and we couldn’t be more pleased. The food was superb; the beef cooked to perfection and the chicken tender, plus all the sides were delicious. And the service was excellent. Amanda took our booking, offering good suggestions, and always responding promptly. Zeke delivered on time, setting up the meal and leaving me to take the praise. Thank you!

A friend recommended Bite Catering Couture for a party my husband and I were having. We were extremely happy with the food from Bite. We worked with Elena Linardi who was very personable, responsive and made it easy. I had a lot of questions during the process and she answered them right away. We ordered 12 items and they were all delicious. The food was delivered on time and the person who delivered the food organized the items that needed to be heated and went over the dipping sauces that went with each. He discouraged a tip, but I gave him one anyway. We had approximately 45 guests and there was plenty of food and some leftovers. Nothing but positive comments on the food. I would definitely use Bite again and I highly recommend them for your next party or gathering.

Bite Catering (Elena, Zeke, and the team) were incredibly helpful during my first time using a catering service for a party. They guided us through the entire process, answered every question, and made sure we had the right amount of food. Zeke and the staff arrived on time, were fully prepared, and handled the event seamlessly. Our guests were happy, everything ran smoothly, and I felt completely supported. Very easy to work with and adorable Halloween goodies! The mummy hot dogs and mummy berries were so cute and made the party. The delivery driver also went above and beyond and helped unwrap the Saran wrapping and helped to set it out nicely. Thank you Bite for making our party delicious while also being smooth and easy!

THRILLED with BITE! They did a wonderful job on a bridal cocktail party I hosted. The food was delicious, the delivery on time, the instructions easy and clear. We used Bite Catering to host an in-home celebration of life for my dad for 50 people. Amanda was super responsive and communicative throughout the planning which made things more manageable during a difficult time. Bite was also able to coordinate directly with the rental company which saved us a ton of time and energy coordating with various vendors. The rental company they partnered with was great and super professional. Barrett and his team were fantastic, super attentive and kind and professional. The guests loved the food and everyone said how great everything looked and how smoothly it went.

We hired Bites Catering for our school's welcome day. The team was one time, efficient in setting up and refreshing stations - they even found time to personally offer me a cup of coffee!. The food was well received (breakfast bites, yogurt cups, and pastries). We would definitely recommend them for future events.

Elena contacted me to arrange a phone call, after I reached out for an estimate on the website. She called at the designated time. All my questions were answered. There were several pivots in our party plans. Canceled the first date due to a death in my family, rescheduled, added to the menu. All went smoothly and kindly. Communication was great. Delivery was confirmed both via email and by the driver on the day. He was pleasant and helpful and professional and assisted and advised on setting up. The food was beautifully presented, plentiful and delicious. Worth every penny for great communication, reliability, high quality food and presentation. Highly recommended.
