Great idea but need better employees to bring the concept to perfection. The only person who had great customer service and professionalism was the manager. The experience as a whole was trash. If it wasn't for the group I was with, there would have been zero laughs throughout the experience. We kept a positive vibe as well as the manager, who allowed us to get our money back. The manager also tried to satisfy us with fresh food and more drinks along with apologies.
A list of things that went wrong upon entering until we were like "f*** it, let's leave": The popcorn machine didn't work. The game system didn't work. Reservations but no table available. A worker told us we will just have to wait. Broken tables were noticed. Props with fire damage. Once we got a table, it was not cleaned. We had to find someone to clean. Long wait for food. We had to continuously find servers to serve us. Cold, nasty food. No utensils to eat with. Requested the manager after so much BS. Burger with no meat patty. Scrambled eggs look like an omelet. Dunkaroos was expired but still served to us.

This was the worst experience we ever had. They had no idea what they were doing and we waited over 2 hours never getting a menu to order and had to find seats. When hey finally told us to sit anywhere. We did and still waited in total about 2 and half hours the waiter finally came and asked if we just wanted a refund because he said even if he took our order he couldn't say how long it was going to take to get our food because he had tables waiting almost 3 hour. So we said sure will take the refund. We have on video the waiter offering the refund and us accepting and they are still trying to dispute it.

A good idea executed poorly.
I was so excited about this and was pretty disappointed by the expensive drinks that were pretty average and the lack of theming and creativity.
The back seating area, the only area outside of a few reserved bar seats ($55+) and a couple bean bags, was just cheap patio furniture and a projector playing the *trailer to the special features* of The Menu. Not an actual movie, not an old movie.

Don't waste money coming here. It's a basic place with drinks (wouldn't even call this a bar)... with just "Blockbuster" written everywhere. The food was below average. There is no "experience" other than the cocktails being called movie names. Horribly missed opportunity.

Dumbest concept ever. Who would think to combine a video rental store theme with a bar? The idea makes absolutely no sense and it would only appeal to a very narrow demographic at the start. Also, they have the audacity to charge $29 just for an entry fee and one drink. Come on.
This experience was AMAZING! The nostalgia was more than welcome. The decor, props, and drinks were on point! Although a bit of a crowd started gathering, Leo took good care of us and made sure we didnât fade into the background. Would definitely recommend ??

Event cancelled on Saturday for âsevere weatherâ about an hour before the brunch started. Was not even a storm cloud or chance of rain in sight. Woman inside would not even talk to the group of us outside who were super confused. Emailed for a refund and havenât heard back. Boooooo
